• 1. The percentage is the portion of the guest room rate to be paid as a cancellation fee.
• 2. A cancellation fee of 1 day (the first day) will be charged when shortening a reservation regardless of the number of days the reservation is shortened by.
• 3. There will be no cancellation fee charged when canceling the reservation for part of a group of 15 or more members, when the cancellation is made 10 days or more in advance of the reservation (cancellations will be accepted less than 10 days in advance but charged a cancellation fee) and for no more than 10 percent of the group’s members (fractions will be rounded up).
• 4. The cancellation fee for special contracts will be determined by the provisions contained in said contract.
