- For members of Rafraichir, Nijntje, and Designers Street (the Bo Bendixen Collection and Metamorphose Collections)

- -Inviting members to participate in questionnaires relating to new product development and shops

4. Disclosure and Supply to Third Parties
Huis Ten Bosch discloses or supplies customer personal information to third parties only in the following cases. The third party receiving that disclosure or supply does not disclose or provide that information to other parties.

5. Subcontractors
When entrusting the handling of personal information to a subcontractor, Huis Ten Bosch verifies that the subcontractor will adequately protect personal information, forms a contract with s the subcontractor such that confidentiality and security measures are enacted for personal information beforehand, and provides supervision and instructions to the subcontractor.
6. Managing Personal Information
Huis Ten Bosch employs strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering, divulgence, and the like of personal information. We also strive to maintain accuracy within the scope of personal information use. If a customer requests disclosure or requests correction, deletion, addition, suspension of use, erasure, or notification of purpose of use of personal information held by Huis Ten Bosch using the prescribed method, we will respond within a reasonable period and scope after confirming that the information belongs to the requesting customer. A part or all of the request may be denied, however, if doing so would present a danger of harm to the life, health, property, etc., of the customer or a third party, if doing so would cause a substantial hindrance of the business of Huis Ten Bosch, or if doing so would violate the law.
