(3)General and target shop members: Linda and Angelique members

• -Inviting members to participate in questionnaires for new product development and shops

(4)Shopping Scorecard Members

For members of Rafraichir, Nijntje, and Designers Street (the Bo Bendixen Collection and Metamorphose Collections)

• -Identification purposes when issuing member Scorecards
• -Providing member benefits and services including point redemption gifts
• -Sending out direct mail for new products
• -Inviting members to participate in questionnaires relating to new product development and shops
• -Providing other necessary communications to members

• -Handling reservations with the company managed "Web Reservation System"
• -Transmitting e-zines (email newsletters) through our company managed “e-zine distribution service” and invitations to participate in questionnaires
• -Providing information on the use of web pages that are exclusively for Web members
• -Creating statistical materials relating to company activities such as events, restaurants, products, hotels, facilities and fees
• -Providing other necessary communications to members

4. Disclosure and Supply to Third Parties

Huis Ten Bosch discloses or supplies customer personal information to third parties only in the following cases. The third party receiving that disclosure or supply does not disclose or provide that information to other parties.

• (1)When consent therefor is received from the customer
• (2)When disclosure or provision is required based on law
• (3)When required for the protection of life, body or property and obtaining consent from the customer presents a difficulty
• (4)When cooperation is required in conjunction with a national or local public body or the like is carrying out public business and obtaining consent from the customer may hinder the execution of that business
• (5)When the customer is notified beforehand in conjunction with information supplying of:(1) the purpose of the information being for supplying to a third party, (2) the personal data items to be supplied to the third party, (3) the means or method for supplying to the third party, and (4) that supplying of the personal data to the third party by which a customer can be identified will suspended upon request of that customer, or when that information is provided in a state that can be easily known to the customer and the supplying to the third party has been suspended at the customer’s request
• (6)When disclosure or supply of the personal information is in the form of statistical data or the like such that individual customers cannot be identified

5. Subcontractors

When entrusting the handling of personal information to a subcontractor, Huis Ten Bosch verifies that the subcontractor will adequately protect personal information, forms a contract with s the subcontractor such that confidentiality and security measures are enacted for personal information beforehand, and provides supervision and instructions to the subcontractor.

6. Managing Personal Information

Huis Ten Bosch employs strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering, divulgence, and the like of personal information. We also strive to maintain accuracy within the scope of personal information use. Furthermore, we periodically review our practices on collecting, using, storing, managing, updating, and deleting personal information and implement improvements to our Privacy Policy.

7. Method to Request Disclosure and Inquiries

If a customer requests disclosure or requests correction, deletion, addition, suspension of use, erasure, or notification of purpose of use of personal information held by Huis Ten Bosch using the prescribed method, we will respond within a reasonable period and scope after confirming that the information belongs to the requesting customer. A part or all of the request may be denied, however, if doing so would present a danger of harm to the life, health, property, etc., of the customer or a third party, if doing so would cause a substantial hindrance of the business of Huis Ten Bosch, or if doing so would violate the law.

To make a request for disclosure or the like, send a document with items noted in a below enclosed with the copies of the identifying documents as described in b. If any of the required items are not included, your request may be denied.

The information you desire to have disclosed, corrected, deleted, added, use suspended, or erased or that you desire notification of purpose of use
b. A document proving the information is about you or you are an authorized representative for that person

Advance payment of a fee is required when requesting disclosure or the like.

8. Handling of Information on Website

Huis Ten Bosch operates and manages our Website according to the below provisions to provide security to our customers to ensure security for personal information. Anyone using our Website is considered to have understood these provisions and agreed thereto.
