Convenient Services

For your convenience there are coin lockers, temporary baggage storage, foreign language support at select locations and information for those visitors with children available

Information Center

Information centers are located at the entrance and Binnenstad and can handle a variety of questions and request.

Message Service

This message service is available to assist visitors in contacting or arranging meetings with other members of their party.

Lost and Found

Report and inquire about lost items here.

Lost Child and Nursing Room

Lost children will be kept and looked after here. There is also and area for nursing children.

Rest Facility

The rest facility is a quite place for visitors who do not feel well. A doctor is available at the medical center located in Binnenstad.

Medical Center

Huis Ten Bosch's medical center can be found in Binnenstad. There are doctors and nurses on call to assist you.

Coin Lockers (Fee Required)

Coin lockers are located in 4 locations inside and outside the resort

Entrance, Canal Station/Kinderdijk, Canal Station/Utrecht, Marine Terminal

Stroller and Wheelchair Rentals

Strollers are available for visitors with children and wheelchairs are available for visitors with disabilities.

Bringing outside food, drinks, and alcohol into Huis Ten Bosch is prohibited.
Please use the picnic area located next to the entrance.

Temporary baggage storage is available in front of the exit and at Spakenburg.
(500 yen per bag, tax incl.)

Multilingual Facilities and Foreign Language Speaking Staff

The following facilities have English language support available.
(With the exception of Grand Odyssey you will need to buy multilingual earphones. 200 yen each incl. tax)

*Multilingual earphones are available for purchase at the entrance, and each of the above facilities.

Foreign Language Speaking Staff

There are always staff members who can speak Korean, Chinese, and English stationed at the information centers and throughout the resort. The language they speak can be identified by the special mark on their name badges.

Horizon Adventure Plus Do not sit in the seats as they move and shake during the ride. However, you can view the show from behind the seating.
IFX Theater Kirara A wheelchair lift is available.
Mysterious Escher There is no elevator so please use the rear emergency exit to enter. You will not be able to view exhibits located on the second floor.
Domtoren Elevator is available for use even after hours.
Carrousel Use by visitors in wheelchairs is permitted if accompanying guests can assist you in getting on and off the ride and we can insure your safety.
Children under 4 years of age must ride with an adult.
Palace Huis Ten Bosch Please use the elevator to get to the second floor.
Glass Museum Please use the elevator to get to the second floor.

Grand Odyssey Please use the elevator to get to the theater.
Kindergym For use by children 6 months to 12 years old when accompanied by an adult.
Child Kingdom A portion of the rides are not wheelchair accessible.
Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult. You must be over a certain age to ride some rides.
