The chief chef of the Japanese restaurant 「Kissuitei」and barbecue restaurant「Ebisuza」, Matsumoto Komuki is granted with the President Award of Japanese Technical Chef Association which is recognized by the Cabinet Office of Japan. This is an award for those who do outstanding contributions to the improvement of cooking technology and the inheritance of food culture. The restaurant was recognized as the a cooperation institution of vocational ability development in Nagasaki. 
We will never stop pursuing perfection and try out best to beㅊome the most popular restaurant by serving customers the satisfactory cuisine made from fresh local materials. [Ebisuza] is famous for the extremely tender "Nagasaki Wagyu beef" taken from the cattles that grow up by eating mineral rich grass. It cooks the beef with local fresh vegetables and also the local seafood. (Lunch Time 11:30~14:00) The lunch time is limited in the restaurant where you can enjoy both beef steak and seafood.
