We are sorry, but we cannot accept any changes. Please note.

Is there a ticket for the fireworks special bleachers on the day? Where can I buy it, if any?

If there are vacant seats on the day, they will be sold at the special day ticket sales office after passing through the immigration gate and at the entrance of each venue (it will end as soon as it runs out). Advance tickets are great deals. Please purchase your desired seat as soon as possible.

About fireworks viewing venue

I bought a special fireworks bleacher in advance and have a ticket issued at a convenience store. Is it necessary to redeem on the day?

All seats are reserved. There is no need to redeem the seat number as it has already been entered at the time of ticketing. It is expected that the entrance to the venue will be very crowded just before the start of the performance. Please come to the venue with plenty of time at time.

Is it possible to enter the venue and take a seat even after the opening time?

You can enter, but we recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
The time required from the immigration gate to each venue is as follows.
・About 20-30 minutes on foot from the venue in front of the Watermark Hotel
・Rotterdam Venue: 15-20 minutes on foot

Is it possible to re-enter the viewing venue?

You can enter and leave the Huis Ten Bosch Garden after the opening. Please be careful not to lose your fireworks bleachers ticket on the day.

If it rains, can I use an umbrella or other rain gear?

Please refrain from using an umbrella in the fireworks bleachers venue as it will obstruct the view from behind. Please bring raincoats and other rain gear.

Do you sell raincoats?

It will be sold at the Shop in the hall.

Can I get into the special bleachers in a wheelchair? Is there a dedicated seat or aisle for people with disabilities?

There is no dedicated area, but you can enter each venue with a wheelchair. However, please note that the Arena Block seats in front of the Watermark Hotel are not available. Please feel free to ask the staff on the day.

Is it possible to bring a stroller?

You can bring it in, but it is expected that the venue will be very crowded. Please note.

Is there food and drinks for sale at the venue? Is it possible to bring in food and drinks?

At the Rotterdam venue, stalls will be set up in the stall area and near the entrance of the venue in front of the Watermark Hotel, so please use them. You can bring in food and drinks that you have purchased in the park.

Is there a first aid room or nursing room at the venue?

A first-aid room will be set up at the Rotterdam special venue. Neither venue has a nursing room. Excuse me, but please use the nursing room in each area near the venue.

When will the roads around Huis Ten Bosch be congested?

There may be traffic jams on the surrounding roads from around noon. In some cases, you may not be able to make it in time for the fireworks, so we recommend arriving early and using JR.

About parking lot

Is it possible that the parking lot is full and cannot be parked?

On the time of the event, the parking lot will fill up early. We recommend that you use the JR line, as you may not be able to make it in time for the fireworks display.

The park is open 24 hours. After the fireworks are over, the surrounding roads will be very congested, so we recommend that you enjoy the Attractions and illuminations at your leisure before returning home.

I would like to take pictures using a tripod. Is it possible to take it in the venue?

Please use the fireworks viewing special seats at eye level so as not to disturb other guests. Also, when taking pictures, please refrain from using the camera flash as it may cause inconvenience to other guests.

Can I post the photos and videos I took on my blog?

If you just want to enjoy it personally, you can post it. However, if you want to shoot for commercial purposes, you need permission from Huis Ten Bosch in advance.
