Hideki Miura / Huis Ten Bosch Hotels Chef Pastry Chef

Born in Kagoshima in 1979. After working at Kujukushima SK Farm and Hakata Zennichiku Hotel, he has been studying as a chef pastry chef at Fukuoka Yamanoue Hotel, while also serving as a confectionery theory and practical training instructor at many Western confectionery competition judges and vocational schools. In 2013, he became a chef pastry chef at Huis Ten Bosch Received many awards in the Chocolat and Gateau categories. He is also a director of the Western Confectionery Association and a chairman of the Confectionery College Alumni Association.
