Enjoy Hotel Patissier's specialty desserts and scones with soups and sandwiches.
For this special dessert, we will prepare "pineapple flambé" in front of guests.

Served with fruit tomatoes
Mango mayonnaise coconut spherification

We prepared horse mackerel and bigfin reef squid from local Nagasaki at Escabeche.
Enjoy it with mayonnaise made from summer mango or sauce made from coconut.

I have prepared.

Edamame bavarois and lime jelly parmesan flavor

Make edamame in season into bavarois and refresh with lime jelly

English muffin and fresh fish "fish sandwich"

A sandwich with fresh fish panel sandwiched between English muffins and tartar sauce.
It is a dish inspired by the British regional cuisine "Fish & Chips".

A scone specially made by a pastry chef that is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
Please enjoy with "De Admiraal 's special rose jam" and clotted cream.
