Admission conditions

The following admission conditions have been established to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
Of visiting guests in order to enjoy with confidence, thank you for your understanding and cooperation to infection prevention.

  • Only those who can help prevent close contact by putting a handkerchief or paper napkin on their mouth during conversation during meals.
    * Excluding family members living together
  • Only those who can bring a mask and wear it in the park.
    * Children under 5 years old are not required. (According to the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF))
    * Except when eating and drinking and when you can secure a distance of 2 m or more from other people outdoors.
  • Only for those who have no fever, cold-like symptoms, dullness, or coughing within the last two weeks.
  • Only those who can confirm the contact information.
  • Limited to those who have not been restricted by the government within the past two weeks, traveled to countries or regions that require an observation period after entry, and have not had close contact with the resident.
  • Only those who have no history of close contact with those who are positive for the new coronavirus.
  • Only for those who are not suspected of being infected by their family members or close acquaintances.

  • * Please note that you may be asked to leave the venue at our discretion if it is found to be contrary to the above confirmation items.

* There are no restrictions on where you visit from since June 19th.

Wearing a mask

Only those who bring a mask can enter the venue, and they are required to wear a mask.
* Children under 5 years old do not need to wear a mask. (According to the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF)).
* We provide masks for infants.

Implementation of temperature measurement

Temperature measurement is performed using "AI thermography" at the entrance and "infrared thermography" at the museum.
* Depending on the detection result, the body temperature will be measured again, and if the temperature is above 37.5 degrees, admission will be refused. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be sure to sanitize your hands when you enter. Also, we recommend you to sanitize your hands frequently at various locations.



Social distance and ventilation to prevent infection


In order to keep social distance in each facility (Attractions, Shops, restaurants, etc.), we set adequate space between seats by 1m or more or limiting the number of people.

At the performance venue "Muse Hall", the side walls are open. In addition, windows, doors, and air-conditioning equipment are used to provide appropriate ventilation at other facilities in the venue.

The buffet-style restaurant is open with a different style of offering. In addition, we will increase the number of restaurants that can provide takeout and provide an environment where you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind.

Preventive measures to prevent contact infection


Even though we regularly sanitize and clean the areas that everyone touches, use pocket tissue which we give away at the entrance to touch doorknobs or switches directly. For the toilet, please use toilet paper.

To prevent infection from shoe soles, disinfectant mats are installed at the Palace Huis Ten Bosch Museum and the hotel entrance.

Equipment at each facility and shopping carts at Stores are disinfected frequently.

At the restaurant, we will give you a plastic bag to put your mask in.

Equipment at each Attractions facility is sanitized every time guests touches.

At direct managed hotels and all restaurants in the park, we post the QR code at each table so that guests will be able to check our menu on their own devices.

  • We thoroughly use cash trays at the shops and restaurants.
  • Please refrain from contacting with the performers at all events.
  • Please refrain from taking photos or giving gifts to performers when you see them in the park.
    Staffs at the Muse Hall will make sure to deliver them to the performers.
