Do I need a ticket to see the show?

A seats can be seen on Huis Ten Bosch admission passport. Front seats require a paid ticket.
(However, special days may be subject to change.)*The method of purchasing tickets for paid seats has changed for performances after April 1, 2025.

Will numbered tickets be distributed for the free seats?

They will be distributed at the Huis Ten Bosch Opera House 15 minutes after Huis Huis Ten Bosch time.
Please note that conditions differ between Huis Ten Bosch Opera House performance and the mini Revue Show show, so please check in advance.

I would like to purchase tickets, do I need to register as a member?

To purchase tickets, you will need to registeras an Asoview! member (free of charge), so please register in advance.

Is there a fee for purchasing tickets?

There are no system fees, ticket issuance fees, etc.
*To purchase tickets for ASOVIEW!, you will need to register as a member (free of charge), so please register in advance.

Are all seats paid for the opening and final performances?

There is no charge for any seats. As with regular performances, A seats can be used with a passport.
*However, this may be subject to change in the future.
*During special performances, all seats may be paid.

Can I purchase additional tickets when purchasing in advance?

Once payment is complete, you can make a new purchase.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase in advance?

Yes. (4 tickets for pre-sale to fan club members, 3 tickets for general sale, 2 tickets for Muse Hall performance)

Can I cancel or change my ticket?

Tickets cannot be cancelled or changed after purchase.

If I lose my ticket, can I still attend the show?

Can I use the parking lot at JRA Wins Sasebo when watching an opera company performance?

No. You can only enter the Grand Opera House from Huis Ten Bosch side.

Do you sell or rent opera glasses?

Rental reception is available at the Huis Ten Bosch Opera House Shop reception desk.
Opera Glasses Rental
1 performance: 2,500 yen (tax included) *
Rental time: 30 minutes before the performance until the end of the performance
*The 2,000 yen will be refunded as a deposit when you return the item. Please return the item within 30 minutes after the performance ends.
