Historical opera "Flowers Across the Sea -Princess Anio-"
Nagasaki merchant Araki Sotaro personally steers his red seal ship through a storm and arrives at the faraway port of Guangnan (Vietnam). By chance, he meets the king's daughter, Hoa, in the bustling city at a festival, and they are drawn to each other without even realizing it. He meets King Nguyen and the queen at the royal palace, where Sotaro tells them about his dream of becoming a merchant despite being a former samurai. The two are reunited at the palace, transcending their countries and status, as if the thread of fate was suddenly drawn to them. The thread that was drawn to them eventually leads them to Nagasaki, colored by the various forms of love from the people around them. What awaits the two when they arrive in the vibrant city of Nagasaki?
A historical opera set in Vietnam and Nagasaki. A nostalgic, heart-tugging story delivered in a gorgeous, beautiful and dynamic way.
