The refund policy is as follows:

・January 22 (Mon) Team Wing 16:50 performance

・Tuesday, January 23rd, Team Wing 11:30 performance

guests who picked up their tickets in-store can get a refund at any convenience store where they picked them up. Refund procedures can be done at the Loppi machine inside Lawson or Ministop stores.

If guests have not yet picked up your ticket, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please collect your ticket and then apply for a refund again.
