● In the large main bath and dressing rooms, from the viewpoint of preventing voyeurism, please refrain from operating devices (smartphones, etc.) with shooting functions and operating screens.
● We do not accept the use of the large main bath for those with tattoos or tattoos.
Tattoo stickers (10 cm × 15 cm ¥ 400) are sold at the front desk, so please use them.
If you can't hide it, we will refuse to use it.

● For heterosexual baths, it will be "up to 6 years old" based on the [Ordinance]. (Please be accompanied by a guardian)
If you are traveling with a child over the age of 7 and need to be accompanied by a guests, please refrain from the large main bath.
Please use family private bath (reservation required).
● Bathing in the the large main bath of those who have not been toilet trained (children, regardless of Adult) and those who are wearing diapers is strictly prohibited for hygiene management.
Please use family private bath separately.
● Poor physical condition, drunkenness, infectious disease, disease, loud shouting, verbal abuse, riot, damage to property, other nuisances,
"Those who cause trouble to other users" and "Those who do not follow the instructions of employees"
This is strictly prohibited.
● Official hotel Information to guests (guests who have been granted a hot spring voucher)
Official hotel: Hotel Europe, Hotel Amsterdam, Hotel Den Haag, Forest Villa, Hotel Rotterdam
* From October 1, 2025, hot spring vouchers will be distributed only to Hotel Europe guests.
・ If you bring the [hot spring ticket] to the reception desk of the hotel, the large main bath can be used only for the bathing tax.
(One ticket can be used by one person)
Please note that if you do not bring your own, you will be charged the general rate.
・ [Expiration date of hot spring ticket] On the day of stay ~ check-out date (if there is no date stamp, it will be invalid)
・Towels can be rented free of charge. (Bath towel, face towel, 1 pair)
・ It is expected to be crowded at night time (around 19:00 ~ closing). Please note that there is a possibility of waiting and may cause inconvenience.
We recommend using it in the early time band.
