A parental consent form is required for guests under the age of 18 who do not stay with their parents.

About room facilities

Q Is there a smoking room?

All rooms are non-smoking.
Hotel Europe has two smoking areas, so please use them when smoking (one indoor and one outdoor).

Q Do you have a double room?

There is. Even if you make a reservation for a twin room, we will change it if there is a vacancy, so please contact us.

Q Do you have a single room?

We do not have single rooms, so we accept reservations for single use in twin or double rooms.

Q Is there a barrier-free room?

There is no completely barrier-free room.
There is one room on the first floor with double doors on the toilet door. Toilets for the disabled are located in the lobby on the 1st floor.

Q Can I use the internet in my room?

Free Wi-Fi connection (Wi-Fi) service is available in all rooms, lobby and restaurant.

Q What are the amenities in the guest room?

We offer nightwear, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, comb, leather (shaver), bath towel, face towel, ladies' kit (cotton, cotton stick, sushi), slippers, dryer, etc.

Q Are the baths and toilets separate?

Bath and toilet are separate. The bath also has a washroom. Only some rooms do not have a washroom. For more information, please contact the General Reservation Center (0570-064-300).

Q How many floors does the building have?

It has 6 floors.

Q Is there a room where you can see fireworks?

There are some rooms where you can see the fireworks. However, you cannot see all the fireworks (some fireworks such as gimmick fireworks cannot be seen). Also, I can't hear music. Please contact the General Reservation Center for details.

Q What time is check-in and check-out?

Basic check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

Q I made a reservation without meals. Can I have breakfast for an extra charge on the day?

Breakfast is available even if you plan to stay without meals. If you come to the breakfast venue on the day, we will guide you in the order of arrival. The breakfast price will be paid at the breakfast venue or at check-out with the room attached.

Q What kind of menu is breakfast?

You can choose from the buffet style "Anchors Lounge" or the Japanese cuisine "Kissuitei It can also be used for room service. (Room service breakfast menu does not have a child price. Please order at an adult price)

Q What is the breakfast fee? What will happen to the breakfast price for bed-sharing?

Q Is there a baby cot or diaper trash can for rent?

Baby cots for children aged 0 to 1 are rented free of charge (up to 1 per room). We also have a diaper trash can. Please let us know when you make a reservation. Please note that the number is limited, so please be aware that all of them are on loan.

Q Do you sell baby bottle disinfection sets and baby food?

Unfortunately, there is no baby bottle disinfection set. We do not sell baby food, but you can bring your own. If you ask the staff, it is possible to warm it up, so please feel free to contact the hotel staff.

Q Can I make a "Hollywood Twin" that attaches beds to each other?

It is possible to attach beds to each other. However, since the night table (furniture) installed between the beds cannot be moved due to wiring, the beds will be pulled toward your feet (front) and the beds will be attached to each other. For this reason, please note that there will be a space (about 60 cm) for the depth of the night table (furniture) between the head side of the bed and the wall. If you need to make arrangements, please let us know at the time of booking.

About hotel service

Q Can I check in my baggage until check-in?

You can leave your luggage at the hotel or at the "on-site hotel baggage storage" or "on-site hotel reception". At the hotel, please ask at the bell desk.
