Priority parking spaces are available to the hotel guests at Welcome Area (inside Parking Lot #1). For more information, please see the Huis Ten Bosch website.
The hotel guests can use the parking lot at free of charge from the check-in day to the check-out day. Please present your parking ticket at the hotel front desk when you checking- in for free parking ticket.
If you parked your car in the prepaid Huis Ten Bosch private car parking lot, please present the receipt to the hotel staff for refund.

Huis Ten Bosch Onsen
Guests staying at the hotel can use the large main bath and sauna for only a bathing tax of 150 yen. (Free for children under 12 years old). Please bring the complimentary coupon provided by the hotel staff. If you would like to use the Onsen on the second day and beyond, please contact with the front desk staff.
*Co-sleeping child can use the facility for free of charge, but an additional charge for towel (200 yen) will be charged.
*Children who are still in diapers are not allowed to use the large main bath. Although there is an additional charge, we recommend using family private bath (reservation required) at a preferential rate.

Early admission before the park opens
You can enter the park one hour prior to the opening time on the next day of your stay. (Only available for entry through the Harbor Gate. A valid admission ticket is required.)
Souvenir delivery service
Items purchased at the on-site shops will be delivered to your hotel at free of charge.
(Reception hours for delivery service close at 17:00 / Pick up time at the hotel front desk starts at 20:00)
*Please note that when large event is held, the service may be suspended due to the traffic in the venue.
Baggage delivery service
For the guests who want to stroll around the park before checking-in the hotel can use the Hotel Baggage Counter located at the park entrance. The baggage will be delivered to your hotel.
In addition, you can also use the delivery service from the hotel to the Hotel Baggage Counter after checking out.
*Reception hours of the counter are from Huis Ten Bosch opening time until 7:00 p.m.
*Delivery takes 2-3 hours. However, if you check-in your baggage in the morning, it will be delivered to your hotel around 3:00 p.m.
*Baggage that has already checked-in at the baggage counter cannot be retrieved. Please be careful not to check-in any items that you may need while exploring the park such as admission ticket etc,..
