* guests will receive two emails on Tuesday, September 16th: one notifying them of their winnings and one with information on how to proceed with the accommodation procedure. The email with information on how to proceed with the accommodation procedure will include a URL for booking the accommodation, so please follow the instructions and complete the procedure within the deadline.

*Seat tickets and accommodation fees will be paid for through the respective systems (advance credit card payment only), and once both procedures are completed, your accommodation plan will be accepted.

<About canceling your accommodation plan>

Please be advised that the following cancellation fees will apply for this accommodation plan.

・From the day of reservation until one day before your stay: 11,000 yen *per person

・The day before your stay: 20% of the accommodation fee

・On the day of your stay: 80% of the accommodation fee

・No contact or no-show: 100%

*However, if your accommodation reservation cannot be confirmed within the reservation deadline, your winnings will be invalidated and your seat tickets will also be canceled. (Please note that ticket fees will not be refunded.)
