<About canceling your accommodation plan>

Please be advised that the following cancellation fees will apply for this accommodation plan.

From the day of reservation until one day before your stay: 13,000 yen *per person

On the day of your stay: 80% of the accommodation fee

・Each person is limited to one application per day (if multiple applications are confirmed, the second and subsequent applications will be invalid).

・Please note that we cannot accept reservations with information that differs from the information provided at the time of application.
