Thank you very much for your continued support of the Huis Huis Ten Bosch Opera Company. 

We would like to provide you with information regarding gifts for the theater troupe members. 

 

*Please note that we have added information regarding changes and cancellation policies for flower gifts. 

How to deliver gifts

Order via online store

Orderat a shop inside Huis Ten Bosch

Hand it over at the reception desk of the Huis Ten Bosch Opera Grand Theater.

<Notes> 

Items ① and ②can only be delivered to Huis Ten Bosch Grand Opera House, the opera company's dressing rooms, and other event venues within Huis Ten Bosch. Please note that we cannot deliver outside of Huis Ten Bosch. 

For items ③ and, only fan letters and small gifts are accepted. (We regretfully decline gifts such as food items and flowers.) 

Please note that we cannot send perishable gifts such as bento boxes or cakes to troupe members on their days off. Please check their performance dates before placing your order. (We cannot accommodate requests for specific dates or leave the selection to the troupe members.) 

We are unable to accommodate individual requests other than those related to food allergies, etc. (This includes requests written in the comments section of the online store.) 

Depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to accept orders from our online store or physical stores. 

Please note that we do not send emails with photos of the delivered product.

- Standing flower arrangements (90cm tall, 120cm tall, square, 2 tiers, square with phalaenopsis orchids, square 2 tiers) 

 

*For each Merchandise, only the color can be specified. 

You can choose from seven colors: red, pink, yellow, orange, purple, white, and colorful. (Other color options are not available.) 

*Please note that we cannot accommodate requests written in the comments section. If guests wish to make a request, please place a semi-custom order. 

 

 

Semi-custom order

• Arrangements (sizes 5, 6, and 7) 

• Standing flower arrangements (1-tier, 2-tier, 3-tier) 

 

* For each Merchandise, options (specification of shape, floral materials, color, decorations, etc.) can be selected. 

*Additional charges may apply depending on the options selected. 

*For details regarding your order, you will be contacted individually by "Flowershop Hanakago" after your order is completed and confirmed. Please note that depending on your requests, additional charges may apply to the order amount. 

*Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries made before your order is completed. 

 

 

<Notes> 

Please refrain from decorating the flowers or signs guests. 

We do not offer transportation services for flowers delivered between venues. 

Regarding the order deadline

Regardless of how you place your order (online store or in-store), the order deadline is as follows. 

 

Flowers: 15 days before your desired delivery date 

Example: If you want delivery onMarch1st,you can place your order untilFebruary 14th. 

  

Food items (other than flowers): One week before your desired delivery date. 

Example: Ifyou want delivery onMarch1st,you can place your order untilFebruary22nd. 

About thank you card

guests who meet all ofthe following applicable to requirements① to ③ will receive a thank you card from a member of the theater troupe.

Onethank you card (A7 size) 

*The gift will include a handwritten message or signature from the recipient of the gift. (A photo of the gift will not be included.) 

 

<applicable to Criteria> 

① The order must be placed through Huis Ten Bosch online store.

* Multiple Merchandise can be combined. 

② The recipient must be a member of the Huis Huis Ten Bosch Opera Troupe.

*Stage trainees and students of the Huis Ten Bosch Opera Academy are not applicable to. 

③ The total amount spent on gifts per day for each member of the theater troupe must be 10,000 yen (including tax) or more.

* Even if you order multipleMerchandise totaling 10,000 yen (including tax) or more as gifts for one theater troupe memberina single day, you will only receive one thank you card per day. 

  

 

Please note thatthe following cases are applicable to. 

- If you placed your order outside of Huis Ten Bosch online store. 

-When gifts are given to one theater troupe memberover multiple days, or when the total value of gifts given to multiple theater troupe members exceeds 10,000 yen (including tax). 

- If the total amount of gifts from multiple theater troupe members over multiple days is 10,000 yen (including tax) or more. 

 

 

<Points to note> 

• For gifts addressed to a team, one card will be delivered by the team's representative. 

• Thank you cards will be mailed to the address you entered when placing your order. We cannot accept changes to the recipient's name or address. Please note that any changes made in the comments section will be invalid. 

The name you enter as your order information on the online store will be used as the recipient name on the thank-you card. If you have a preferred recipient name, please enter it when placing your order. 

Orders placed directly at the store are not applicable to for the thank you card.

Cancellation Policy

The followingcancellation policy will apply to orders placed fromApril 1, 2026 onwards. 

 

Flowers 

Up to 16days beforethe delivery date: 

We accept order cancellations and changes to delivery dates and contents free of charge. 

 

15 days before deliveryto the day of delivery: 

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of orders, or changes to delivery dates or contents. 

*Even if a performance is canceled, rescheduled, or a performer is absent, your ordered gift will be delivered as planned. 

 

Food items (other than flowers) 

Up to 4days beforethe delivery date: 

We accept order cancellations and changes to delivery dates and contents free of charge. 

 

3 days before deliveryto the day of delivery: 

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of orders, or changes to delivery dates or contents. 

*Even if a performance is canceled, rescheduled, or a performer is absent, your ordered gift will be delivered as planned. 

 

We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding the preparation of ingredients and flowers.
