Regarding social media posts, we have found some posts that do not adhere to the prohibited items, so we would like to inform guests again of this.

In order to create a stage that you can enjoy together with everyone in the future, we ask for your understanding and cooperation by confirming the following requests again and observing them.

◆ Request to important people who create Live Opera together ◆

① Attribution of rights

The copyrights related to our operas, as well as the portrait rights, trademark rights and other rights related to the portraits, stage names, logos etc. of the performers belonging to our opera company, belong to the opera company or the performers and are managed by the opera company. You may not create Merchandise or use those portraits, stage names, logos etc. or for any other purposes without permission.

② About recording, recording and photography during the performance

Recording, recording, and photography during the performance (excluding the outdoor show in Amsterdam Square) may infringe the copyright of the opera company and the portrait rights of the performers, so it is strictly prohibited.
If such an act is discovered, we may ask you to delete the recorded contents on the spot, ask for personal information, and refuse admission from the next time.

③ Regarding purchased promo photos, stage photos, etc., photos taken as Privilege for purchasing merchandise at MUSE Hall, and photos taken at the outdoor show at Amsterdam Square

The original photos and stage photographs sold by our opera company are carefully selected to respect the portrait rights of the performers, and are sold only after the performers themselves have checked them to ensure they do not tarnish their image.
We do not prohibit you from posting on social media or blogs the purchased original photos, stage photos, photos taken as Privilege for purchasing merchandise at MUSE Hall, and photos taken at the outdoor show at Amsterdam Square. However, we ask that you respect the portrait rights of the performers and refrain from selling or modifying them in any way that may damage their image.
In addition, purchasing such photos through any means other than purchasing official merchandise may be considered as reselling, so we ask for your cooperation in refraining from doing so.

④ About privately taken and recorded photos, videos, etc.

We do not currently prohibit guests from taking personal photographs of performers while they are moving between the theatre and dressing room, however these photographs are not checked by the performers and are intended to be kept as personal mementos.
We ask that you refrain from transferring, selling, distributing, posting on website, or using the photographs and footage in any other way, as this may infringe on the portrait rights of the performers and tarnish their image.
We also ask for your cooperation in refraining from purchasing or accepting such photographs.
If such behavior is discovered, you will be asked to erase the records on the spot, and we may ask you to provide more personal information and refuse you entry in the future.
