We would like to inform guests of the following regarding ticket cancellations and refunds. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you complete the necessary procedures within the specified period.
Please note that additional seats will be available for sale from August 21st for those cancelled tickets.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed on Thursday, August 21st.

Please note that the timing of refunds will vary depending on the credit card company. If guests wish to cancel part of your ticket, we will send you a reply email with instructions on how to receive a refund.

● Others

Please note that no compensation will be provided for any costs other than the ticket price (transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.) incurred due to cancellation.
