In order to provide a show that everyone can enjoy, we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following requirements.
1 About portraits of performers, video and audio recordings of the show and photography, etc.
① Attribution of rights
The copyrights related to our operas, as well as the portrait rights, trademark rights and other rights related to the portraits, stage names, logos etc. of the performers belonging to our opera company belong to us or the performers and are managed by us. You may not create Merchandise or use those portraits, stage names, logos etc. or for any other purposes without permission.
② About recording, recording and photography during the performance
Taking video or audio recordings or photographs during a performance (except at Amsterdam Square and the Muses Hall) is strictly prohibited as it may infringe on the copyright of the opera company and the portrait rights of the performers. If such behavior is discovered, you will be asked to erase the recordings on the spot, we will ask you for personal information, and we may refuse you entry in the future.
③ Regarding the purchased photo albums, stage photos, etc., photos taken as Benefit for purchasing merchandise at the Huis Ten Bosch Opera House, and photos taken at Amsterdam Square and Muse Hall
The original photos and stage photos sold by our opera company are checked by the performers themselves before being sold, with due consideration given to the performers' portrait rights and to ensure that their image is not damaged. We do not prohibit you from posting purchased original photos and stage photos, photos taken as Benefit for purchasing merchandise at the Huis Ten Bosch Opera House, and photos taken at Amsterdam Square and Muse Hall on social media or blogs, but we ask that you please be considerate of the performers' portrait rights and refrain from selling or editing the photos in a way that does not damage their image.
We also ask for your cooperation in refraining from purchasing such photographs.
④ About privately taken and recorded photos, videos, etc.
We do not currently prohibit you from taking personal photographs of performers while they are moving between the theatre and dressing rooms, however guests photographs are not checked by the performers and are intended to be kept as personal mementos.
Please refrain from transferring, selling, distributing, website etc., or any other act of using the photo, video, etc., as it may damage the portrait right of the performer and damage the image of the performer. I would like to say.
In addition, we ask for your cooperation in refraining from purchasing or taking over such photographs.

2 Please refrain from slander and slander.
During the performance and on SNS, blogs, electronic bulletin boards, etc., slander against the performers and our opera company, statements / posts that are contrary to the facts, posts that may damage honor, credibility, etc., privacy rights, portrait rights, etc. Please refrain from postings that may infringe, discriminatory posts, or other posts that may be offensive to third parties.
Please be extremely careful as doing so may be considered illegal defamation, insult, or infringement of personal rights such as applicable to and image rights, and may be subject to compensation for damages and criminal penalties. It may also have a psychological impact on performers and crew members, preventing them from performing at their best, and may constitute interference with business.

3 Precautions during the performance
① Please refrain from conversation during the performance
There are quiet scenes during the performance.
Please refrain from talking in the auditorium as it will disturb other guests.
② Please refrain from eating or drinking during the performance (except Amsterdam Square and Muse Hall)
Even small noises, such as the sound of eating or drinking in the audience, can be a nuisance to other guests, so please refrain from eating or drinking during a performance.
Although this does not necessarily mean you should stay hydrated to a minimum extent to avoid heatstroke, we ask that you be considerate of other guests and do not cause them any inconvenience.
③ About the use of goods
Regarding the use of support goods when watching a play, we will unify as follows.
・ Please only support the performance by clapping or using official merchandise (penlights, ring lights, fans, etc.).
・Please refrain from using any cheering goods other than those listed above.
4. Other Nuisances Please only cheer with hand clapping and official merchandise (penlights, ring lights, fans, etc.) during the performance.
We ask that you refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other guests at the Huis Ten Bosch Opera House (including the lobby) or around the theater.

If you do not follow the above requests, the host crew will contact you and, if it is determined that you are affecting other guests or the performance, you may be asked to leave, asked for personal information, and denied entry in the future.
In addition, in the case of events on SNS, blogs, electronic bulletin boards, etc., we may take legal measures such as comment column, deletion request from direct message, deletion application to the operator, sender information disclosure, claim for damages, etc. ..
