Post-war America. Simon travels to Las Vegas to inspect the Treasure Island Hotel, which he inherited from his late father in the Chicago countryside and is on the verge of collapse.
However, due to a strange coincidence, he loses a lot of money at the casino to the notorious female CEO Camilla and her mafia friends, and ends up in debt and in a big pinch!
In fact, the one who was secretly investigating Camilla and her friends was the handsome Detective Rick of the Los Angeles Police Department. When Simon, exhausted after being forced to sell the hotel, returns to his hometown, he finds his girlfriend Millie there, always cheering him on and encouraging him. Meanwhile, Rick, who came to investigate while hiding his identity, is strangely attracted to Simon's sister Lucy, who works hard.
