Information on the bleachers
- Fireworks special viewing seats are web tickets (reserved seat tickets), so there is no need to purchase tickets at a convenience store. When using the service, please show the web ticket screen to the staff.
- All seats are reserved seats. Seats will be automatically allocated in the order of purchase, so you cannot choose your seat.
- The Fee applies for 4 years of age and older. Except a lap child, seat reservation will be required for children under 4 years or age.
- Please note that you cannot cancel or change after purchase.
- Online purchases are available until 20:20 on the day of purchase. However, please note that VIP seats are available until 12:00 the day before.
- Seat confirmation is possible from 16:00 on Thursday, April 11th.
- Either Park Admission Ticket or Harbor Zone Entrance Ticket (JPY2,000) need to be purchased for the venue entry.
- Due to production reasons, the lights will be turned off just before the show time, so please arrive at the venue by 8:15 pm.
- Tickets can only be purchased by credit card.
- Pets are not allowed to enter.

- This vessel is for fishing and may be sprayed during boarding.
- Please wear comfortable clothes and non-slip shoes. Please refrain from boarding with shoes with heels.
- At sea, the sensible temperature drops. We recommend that you bring your jacket.
- There is no toilet, so please finish before boarding.
- Umbrellas cannot be used while on board. Please prepare a raincoat etc. in case of rain.

- I booked an accommodation plan with fireworks bleachers. Is it possible for co-sleeping children to view the fireworks at the bleachers?
- Co-sleeping children over 4 years old will be required additional payment of JPY1,000 per child to reserve the seats. Please let us know when making your reservation. (Children under 3 years old are asked to be on the laps.)

- Can I view the Fireworks at bleachers when it rains?
- The event will take place rain or shine unless hit by strong winds like typhoon or heavy rain.
- When it rains, can I use an umbrella or other rain gear?
- Please refrain from using an umbrella inside the venue as it will block the view behind you. Please bring raincoats and other rain gear.
- Can I take my pet to the venue?
- Pets are not allowed to enter the fireworks viewing venue. There is a pet hotel "DOG BOX" near the park entrance. Please feel free to contact there. (Paid service, the number of animals that can be kept is limited.)

- There is no food or drink sold at the venue. Food and drinks can only be brought in if purchased them in the park.

- There are no dedicated seats, but you can enter while using a wheelchair. Please feel free to ask the staff on the day.
- Is it possible to take a stroller to the venue?
- You can bring it in. Please feel free to ask the staff on the day.
- Is it possible to re-enter the venue?
- Re-entry is possible. Please present your fireworks special seating ticket (online ticket) to the staff when re-enter.

- You cannot choose the type of seats. The only fireworks viewing seats included in the accommodation plan are Seat A. In case you prefer other seat type, please book hotel and fireworks viewing seat separately.

- There is no first aid room or nursing room in the venue. Please use the nursing room near the venue.

- You can bring it in. Please use it at a height that does not block the passage or view of other guests.
- Can I post the photos and videos I took on SNS and blogs?
- If you want to use them for commercial purposes, you need permission from Huis Ten Bosch.
- I booked Hotel Plan with fireworks viewing tickets. When do I receive the tickets ?
- You will recieve the tickets with seating number upon cheking-in.
- Are there any rooms in Official Hotels where I can view the fireworks from the room window ?
