Reservation cancellation fee
- If you cancel your reservation for guests reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made 3 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations made the day before will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Notes
- You will be asked to wear a life jacket.
- Tickets can be purchased up until 12:00 noon three days prior.
- You cannot enjoy linking with music.
- This vessel is for fishing and may be sprayed during boarding.
- Please wear comfortable clothes and non-slip shoes. Please refrain from boarding with shoes with heels.
- At sea, the sensible temperature drops. We recommend that you bring your jacket.
- There is no toilet, so please finish before boarding.
- Umbrellas cannot be used while on board. Please prepare a raincoat etc. in case of rain.
- Please note that it may be canceled due to bad weather, equipment trouble, etc. (The fee will be refunded)
- If you are late for departure time, you will not be able to board the ship.
- It is expected to be crowded on the day. Please come to the reception area as soon as possible.

About Park Admission.
Huis Ten Bosch admission ticket is required to purchase separately. The ticket counter will be crowded on the day of the event, so advance purchase is recommended.

Admission is flat rate of 1,900 yen.
We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance.
- guests staying at Huis Ten Bosch 5 hotels (Hotel Europe, Hotel Amsterdam, Forest Villa, Hotel Den Haag, Hotel Rotterdam) on the day before the fireworks (limited to Huis Ten Bosch 5 hotel guests) will have a passport the next day.
You do not need to purchase an admission ticket for 11/15. Please purchase only the admission ticket for 11/14.

* The "1DAY Passport Voucher" set with the "Enjoy! Huis Ten Bosch Ticket" cannot be used.
