- Yes, you can purchase until 8pm on the day. (WEB credit card payment only)

- Purchase a "Kids Free 1 DAY Passport" from the online ticket page, and when you visit Huis Ten Bosch, please present your ID that proves you reside in Nagasaki, Saga, or Fukuoka and the online purchase screen at the counter (Entry Welcome Gate, Harbor Gate, Adventure Park Gate). After that, you will receive a ticket for your child who applicable to the Kids Free pass and you will be able to enter Huis Ten Bosch.
- I have purchased a regular 1 DAY Passport, but can I change it to a "Kids Free 1 DAY Passport"?
- You will need to follow the steps below to cancel before entering.
①Purchase a "Kids Free 1 DAY Passport" online.
②On the day of your visit, please present your ID proving that you reside in Nagasaki, Saga, or Fukuoka at the counter (Entry Welcome Gate, Harbor Gate, Adventure Park Gate) along with the online purchase screen.
③ Only once we have confirmed your purchase of the "Kids Free 1 DAY Passport" will we provide you with instructions on how to cancel your regular 1 DAY Passport.
*Please note that we cannot accept any changes or refunds after admission. - How do I prove that I live in Nagasaki, Saga, or Fukuoka? open
- When visiting Huis Ten Bosch, you will be required to present official identification such as a driver's license, My Number card, health insurance card, or passport at the counter (Immigration Welcome Gate, Harbor Gate, Adventure Park Gate).
*If your child requires proof, you will also need a My Number card, health insurance card, etc. - Can I use a photocopy or a photo taken with my smartphone as my ID? open

- This offer is not applicable to as it requires the purchase of a "Kids Free 1 DAY Passport."

- If the guardian or accompanying child who purchased the "Kids Free 1 DAY Passport" lives in the designated area (Nagasaki, Saga, Fukuoka), it will be eligible regardless of blood relationship.
- If I am a married couple and bring 3 children (elementary school age or younger), how do I purchase tickets? open
- The "Kids Free 1 DAY Passport" is applicable to for one child per Adult, so please purchase 2 "Kids Free 1 DAY Passport" plus 1 regular 1 DAY Passport (Child or preschoolers).
- Can I purchase a "Kids Free 1 DAY Passport" if I am under 18?
- The "Kids Free 1 DAY Passport" can only be purchased by the guests who are 18 year-old and older.
- Can I apply various discounts and gift certificates when purchasing tickets? open
- Not applicable for any discounts.
