61st Gourmet Party ~Summer~
We sourced seafood and mountain produce that is in season in the summer from all over the country, including our local area of Nagasaki.
Enjoy our special summer kaiseki meal, created with the techniques and delicate sensibilities of Japanese cuisine, along with a selection of fine sake and wine to complement the food.
