This special Three-tiered box meal is made by Chef Matsumoto Takayoshi, who was certified as a All Japan Technical Association Meister in 2024 and received the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare Award in 2021. Enjoy the flavors made with Nagasaki's rich seafood and seasonal mountain produce. It will add a touch of elegance to your New Year's meal at your accommodation or at home.
