Smart check-in service information

We have launched a "Smart Check-in Service" for guests who wish to check in quickly and do not need to be guided around the building.

By registering the necessary check-in information in advance, you can avoid the need to go through the front desk. When you arrive at the hotel, simply show the lobby staff your smartphone screen or state your name, and they will promptly hand you your room key after confirming your details.
*Please note that it may take some time during busy periods.
*For guests using subsidy plans, etc., it will take time to fill out the necessary documents and verify the proof.
