Dress Code

Please cooperate by dressing smart casually during dinner time.
Guests wearing slippers, beach sandals, or shorts (half pants) are not permitted to enter the store.
In addition, to ensure that the whole family can enjoy the experience, we will accommodate preschool children (those under elementary school age) in a salon that is available to accommodate them. Kazuo Yasunaga

  • 1976.9.26 Born in Saga Prefecture
  • Joined Huis Ten Bosch in 1997 after graduating from a culinary school (French and Italian cuisine major) and worked at an Italian restaurant.
  • He learned the basics of restaurant work at Hotel Amsterdam and the Heritage Guest House, and continued to hone his skills both at home and abroad.
