Early entry before the park opens

From the day after check-in, you can enter Huis Ten Bosch Theme Park Zone before the park opens. The quiet townscape before the general guests is open is exclusively available to our overnight guests! You can enjoy the atmosphere of Huis Ten Bosch in a special mood from the morning!

*From June 21, 2025, the name will be changed to "Early Park In" and the benefit will be renewed.
* guests staying at Hotel Europe, Hotel Den Haag, and Forest Villa can enter the park one hour before park opening. (Entry gate is limited to the Harbour Gate. An admission ticket is required.)
* guests staying at Hotel Amsterdam can enter at any time. However, entering Harbor Town area opens one hour before the park opening.
* guests staying at the Hotel Rotterdam can enter the park 15 minutes before opening. (Entry gate is limited to Adventure Park Gate. An admission ticket is required for entry.)

Preferential use of Huis Ten Bosch hot spring the large main bath

guests staying at Huis Ten Bosch 5 Hotel can use the six baths, including open-air bath and carbonated bath, as well as the large main bath with sauna, for a bathing tax of 150 yen per person (free for children under 12).

* This Privilege will be distributed one ticket per person per night at applicable to Hotel.
* One towel set (bath towel, face towel) will be given to each preferential ticket.
* guests staying at Huis Ten Bosch 5 hotels are required to present the special coupon given to them at the front desk of each hotel at the reception desk in the hot spring.
* There is a discount for guests using the family bath and Hot stoned bath.
* For guests who have not taken off their diapers or guests who have not been toilet trained, please use the family hot spring for a fee.
* The use of towels (bath / face) for children sleeping with a bed requires an additional fee of 200 yen.

Free bed-sharing up to elementary school students

Children up to elementary school age will be free of charge if using existing bed without bedding.

*If there is one Adult in a room, up to one child can stay free of charge. If there are two or more Adult in a room, up to two children can stay free of charge. The maximum number of children staying free of charge is two.

Nagasaki Airport Direct Bus Upgrade Privilege

guests staying at Hotel Europe, Hotel Amsterdam Deluxe Designer Room, and Miffy Room can use the Nagasaki Airport direct bus free of charge (reservation required). For details for Hotel Europe guests, click here

Direct bus for hotel guests
*Excluding Hotel Amsterdam

guests staying at Hotel Europe, Hotel Den Haag, Forest Villa, and Hotel Rotterdam will be taken by direct bus from the Huis Ten Bosch entrance gate to their hotel.

* guests staying at Hotel Amsterdam will be using Park Bus that runs within Huis Huis Ten Bosch.
・Please get on at the Welcome Bus Stop, which is about a 3-minute walk from the Welcome Gate (Entrance). It takes about 5 minutes to get to Hotel Amsterdam by Park Bus.
・Your baggage will be stored at the hotel baggage check-in located near the entrance and delivered to the hotel front desk (you can pick it up two time after depositing it) (Hotel Rotterdam does not deliver baggage. Please use the coin lockers at Hotel Rotterdam (fee applicable to).)
・This is not a direct bus to Hotel Amsterdam. The bus stops at each bus stop within the venue.
・The number of buses varies depending on time and season.
・Please note that as this is Park Bus, the bus may be crowded depending on time of day.
*Please note that on the day of a large event, traffic restrictions will be in place to ensure safety within the venue, and there will be time Park Bus cannot be used. We recommend that you take the hotel bus to Hotel Europe and then walk to the hotel.

Baggage delivery service

At the "Hotel Baggage Storage" in front of the Welcome Gate (Entrance) and inside Marine Terminal, your baggage will be delivered to your hotel front desk free of charge. Enter empty-handed and enjoy your stay at Huis Ten Bosch at your leisure. In addition, baggage for guests who plan to explore the grounds after checking out will also be delivered from each hotel to the "Hotel Baggage Storage."

*The luggage can be picked up from 2 hours after luggage check-in. On the way home, pick-up time is between 1130-1900 hours.
*We are unable to accept refrigerated or frozen Merchandise. Thank you for your understanding.
*For guests staying at Hotel Amsterdam and Hotel Den Haag, the pick-up location after check-out is the Yamato Transport counter next to the Huis Ten Bosch departure gate (on the left after passing through Schiphol general store). time is available until 6:00 p.m.
*Please note that on days when large events are held and during peak periods, traffic restrictions will be implemented to ensure safety within the venue, and there will be time the venue is unavailable.
*Hotel Den Haag does not provide luggage delivery service from Marine Terminal. Please bring your luggage directly to the hotel cloakroom, where it will be kept for you.

Souvenir delivery service

Avoid busy time and enjoy shopping slowly. It's okay to buy big or heavy souvenirs! Items purchased at the store will be delivered free of charge to the front desk of your hotel!

Free parking for hotel guests

Guests staying at Huis Ten Bosch 5 hotels can use the guest parking lot free of charge during the stay.

* Please present the parking ticket issued at the entrance of the parking lot at the hotel front desk. We will process it for free.
* If the private parking lot is full, please use the "guest priority parking lot" in the first parking lot. If the parking lot is full and you are using another parking lot (prepaid), please show your receipt to the front desk of each hotel. We will refund the usage fee.

Exclusively for guests staying at Hotel Europe, we will invite you to the SS seats at the Opera House Grand Theater, where you can enjoy a closer look at the authentic live opera presented by Huis Ten Bosch Opera Company. You can also upgrade to the Royal Seats or Premium Seats, which offer even more satisfaction, for an additional fee.
