*Tap water (for the bathroom, washroom, and washlet) is available for use.

Even during time when there is no water, you can still flush the toilet once.

guests would like to use the toilet a second time or more, please contact the front desk of the hotel you are staying at and we will provide you with information about a toilet in a room nearby or bring you water to flush the toilet.

If guests would like to prepare water for storage in your room in advance, we can deliver it to your room in advance upon request.

Information for guests staying at the hotel

For each guests staying at Hotel Europe or Hotel Amsterdam on Wednesday, February 19th (excluding children sharing a bed), you will receive a Huis Ten Bosch gift certificate worth 3,000 yen upon check-in, which can be used at Shop and restaurants within Huis Ten Bosch.
