Wheelchair rental

Wheelchairs are available for rent at  Information Center in welcome area and Central Information Center. Please make a wheelchair reservation by 17:00 the day before.

• * The number is limited.

• * Valid for guests staying at hotels within the resort for the duration of their stay.
• *Attendant-control wheelchairs are also available.

• * Central Information Center only provides free wheelchairs

• * Reservations can only be made at the Immigration Information Center

Electric cart rental

The next-generation electric wheelchair "WHILL Model C2" is intuitive and easy to operate, and can easily handle 5cm steps and has a small turning radius, making your time in the facility easier and more enjoyable. Please make your reservation by 5:00 p.m. the day before.

2,000 yen/day

• * An additional 1,000 yen "deposit" will be charged.

• *  The number of wheelchair is limited.
• * Available for guests 18 years or older who have difficulty walking , and who have agreed with a written agreement and whose weight is less than 100 kg.
• * Not available in wet weather.
• * Not available on the day fireworks are scheduled.
• * Please return it to the Welcome area information center by 17:00.
• * The rental is limited to those who can follow the traffic rules in the park. In the case any violations were observed, you may be asked to return it on the spot. (In that case, rental fee   and the deposit cannot be refunded.)
• * The control panel is located on the right hand side. If you would like the one on the left hand side, please let us know when you make reservation.

Electric cart rental is also available. It is easy to operate and  enjoy Huis Ten Bosch

Discounted rates for people with disabilities

1. Please display your disability certificate (original).
2. Discounts will be applied to all guests with the above certificate and one caretaker per person.
   (Discount for caretakers are based on the age category of the caretaker)
3. If the number of caregivers (accompaniers) exceeds 25, a group discount will be applied.
   (Tickets without group discounts are excluded.)
4. When purchasing senior tickets, please present an ID card (license, health insurance card, etc.) that can confirm your age.
5. On December 31st, different admission fees will be applied.

Some restaurants offer "low allergen menus" for specific allergens.

What is a low allergen menu?

A menu that does not contain the eight major allergens (wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, shrimp, crab, peanuts, and walnuts).

When accepting an order, we will confirm the following,

• ● The ingredients used are based on information from the manufacturer.
• ● Since this item is prepared in the same kitchen as other menu items, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be mixed in during the processing or cooking process.
• ● Cooking and cleaning equipment are the same as those used for other menus.
• ● Please note that the above menu items are prepared with the utmost care, so you may have to wait a little while for your meal to be served.
