Wheelchair rental

Wheelchairs are available for rent at Information Center in welcome area and Central Information Center. Please make a wheelchair reservation by 17:00 on the day before.

(per day) 500 yen

• * The fee above covers during the stay for guests of the park hotels. 
• *Attendant-control wheelchairs are also available.

• *Center Information Center is only available for free wheelchairs

• * Reservations can only be made at the Information Center by the entrance gate

Electric wheelchair and electric cart rental

The next-generation electric wheelchair "WHILL Model C2" is intuitive and easy to operate, and can easily handle 5cm steps and make a small turn, making your trip easier and more enjoyable. Please make your reservation by 5:00 p.m. on the day before.

Fee

2,000 yen/per day

• * 1,000 yen for "rental security deposit" will be requested in addition to the fee above.

• *  The number of wheelchair is limited.
• * Available for guests 18 years or older who have difficulty walking , and who have agreed with a written agreement and whose weight is less than 100 kg.
• * Not available in wet weather.
• * To ensure safety within the park, rentals will not be available on special event days.
• * Please return it to the Welcome Area Information Center by 17:00.
• * The rental is limited to those who can follow the traffic rules in the park. In the case any violations were observed, you may be asked to return it on the spot. (In that case, rental fee and the deposit cannot be refunded.)
• * The control panel is located on the right side of the handle bar. If you would like the one on the left hand side, please let us know when you make a reservation.

Electric cart rental is also available. It is easy to operate and  enjoy Huis Ten Bosch
Please make a reservation for the electric cart by 17:00 the day before.

Discounted rates for people with disabilities

1. Please display your disability certificate (original).
2. Discounts will be applied to all guests with the above certificate and one caretaker per person.
   (Discount for caretakers are based on the age category of the caretaker)
3. If the number of caretaker (accompaniers) exceeds 25, a group discount will be applied.
   (No discounts applied to the tickets excluded group discounts)
4. When purchasing senior tickets, please present an ID card (license, health insurance card, etc.) that can confirm your age.
5. On December 31st, different admission fees will be applied.

What is a Hypoallergenic menu?

A menu that does not contain the eight major allergens (wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, shrimp, crab, peanuts, and walnuts).
