About admission with pets

Guests may enter Huis Ten Bosch with pets

Please note that, with some exceptions, guests are not permitted to use indoor facilities (Shop, restaurants, Attractions, hotels) or rides (buses, boats) within the park.
*For Shop BEST 3 and Sea Breeze, you can visit us if you use a dog cart or carrier and your dog's face is not exposed.
* Attractions: For the Sky Carousel, only the carriage (1) and gondolas (2) on the 1st floor are available for use while holding your pet on a leash. For more details, please ask the host crew on site.
Only dogs and cats are allowed to enter.

Pets Admission

① Please confirm the pet companion admission rules and fill out the consent form.
If you fill out the pet admission agreement in advance, you will recieve smooth procedures at the ticket booth.

(2) After confirming that you have the water for marking and the dung treatment bag at the counter, we will collect the consent form.

③ We will issue an admission ticket for the pet at the counter, so please show it at each gate you visit.

Admission to Theme Park Zone

You can enter from the Welcome Gate or the Harbor Gate.

Admission to Harbor Zone only

You can enter through the West Gate or the Harbor Parking Lot. At the Harbor Gate, you will be given a document detailing the requirements for bringing pets into the park. Please follow the instructions.

* If you are coming to the Harbor Zone by car, please use the Harbor Parking Lot (charges apply).

How to exit

Exiting the Theme Park Zone

Please return to the main entrance gate at least one time before Huis Ten Bosch closes for the day.
For departures after this time, please proceed through the gate next to the Farewell (Departure) and General Store Schiphol. (Please note that you cannot exit by passing through the store.)

Exiting the Harbor Zone

Please exit through West Gate or Harbor Parking.

For those with Annual Pass

Annual Pass holders can apply for a "pet passport," which allows for smooth entry without having to fill out a consent form each time they visit.
*This is a digital Annual Pass. If you prefer a physical card, an additional issuance fee of 500 yen will be charged.
After logging into your My Page, please apply via "Apply for a Pet Passport".

Areas and restaurants where pets are allowed

Pet-friendly area in the park

All outdoor areas in the Theme Park Zone and Harbor Zone (some exceptions apply) You can also bring your pet into Front Garden and main garden of Palace Huis Huis Ten Bosch.

* You cannot bring pets inside palace and both inside and gardens when events are scheduled.

If you wish to use the restaurant's terrace seating, please inform your host crew and we will assist you.

Restaurants and cafes where you can dine together with your pet at outdoor seating.

Pets are only allowed on the terrace seating. Terrace seating may be unavailable in case of rain or severe weather. In case of sudden rain, you can use the free space next to Tower City / Tottotto.
When ordering, please have someone with your pet wait on the terrace or use the leash hook.

Multipurpose restrooms where guests are allowed.

When you need to use the toilet, please leave your pet with your companion or use the leash hook.
However, in the following locations, you may enter the multi-purpose restroom with your dog only if you are using a dog cart or carrier and your dog's face is not visible (these restrooms cannot be used as pet toilets).

Pet photography service

We offer a pet photo service at Amsterdam City Photogenic (outdoors).
We will give you a photo card (L-size) containing the photo taken during the shoot.

*Photography is permitted even if only the pet is photographed.
*The event will be canceled in case of rain or severe weather.

Rules you need to follow

Only dogs and cats are allowed to enter the park.
2. Only pets that have received rabies vaccinations and other necessary vaccinations are permitted to enter the park. By signing this document, you are certifying that your pet is vaccinated and is currently free from infectious diseases.
3. We are not responsible for any accidents or troubles involving pets that occur within Huis Ten Bosch.
4. Please be considerate of guests who are uncomfortable around guests or have allergies. Also, please ensure that your pet does not harm or offend other guests, and maintain a safe distance from other guests.
If your pet injures or harms another guests, or damages any property on the premises, you will be solely responsible for compensating for the damages. (We will not be held liable in any way.)
5. Please note that you will not be able to use or enter some Attractions, Shop, restaurants, hotels, buses, bicycles, boats, etc., within the park.
* BEST 3 and Sheep Please (Shop) require pets to be brought in using a pet cart or carrier bag, and only if the pet's face is visible within the cart.
*The Sky Carousel (Attractions) can only be experienced with the carriages and gondolas on the 1st floor, and only while the horse is on a leash and being held.
6. Please prepare water for marking and bags for disposing of droppings. Please dispose of the droppings yourself and be sure to take them home with guests.
If you mark something, wash it off with water.

*If we find any instances of failure to process the necessary paperwork or any other breaches of etiquette, we reserve the right to refuse your entry to the park on your next visit.
7. If you wish to use areas where pets are not allowed, such as Attractions, please leave your pet with someone in your party or use the pet daycare facility outside the park (for a fee).
When using the public toilet, please leave your pet with your companion or use the nearby lead hook.
Some restrooms are only available for use with pets in a pet stroller or carrier bag, and only if the pet's face is contained within the stroller.

8 Please refrain from the following actions.
- Releasing the leash
- Allowing pets to be placed on To loan strollers, benches, or other items within the park.
- Placing
- Walking while riding a bicycle
- Leaving pets unattended time
- Leaving your pet with the host crew or other guests temporarily
- Tying pets to building entrances, trees, fences, etc. - Leaving pets unattended in carts.
9. During the fireworks and special effects time (from 8 PM) and on days with large events such as the Kyushu Grand Fireworks and Countdown, loud noises from fireworks and event sounds, as well as crowds, are expected. To ensure your pet's safety and avoid excessive stress, we recommend that you leave the premises. *Pets are not allowed in the paid fireworks viewing seats.
Exit 10 is not available from the "General Store Schiphol". Please exit the park from the following two locations.
Welcome Gate (Entrance) *You can leave the park until 1 time before closing.
Exit 10 is located next to the General Store (Schiphol) and is for pets only.
11. For meals, please use the terrace seating at designated restaurants or order takeout. Please check the QR code for details.
The 12-inch retractable leash should be used at a maximum length of 2 meters.
Please limit the use of the lead hooks installed within the park to one pet per hook.
14. Depending on the condition of your pet, we may refuse entry to the park.
If you do not follow Rule 15, you may be asked to leave the premises for other reasons.
