Roast beef 160g

The beef shoulder is slowly cooked to concentrate the flavor. It is seasoned with rock salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme and other herbs. It is soft to the touch and juicy. Please enjoy it with a sauce that brings out the flavor of the meat, and with horseradish as you like.

Dejima Goda

This natural-tasting Gouda cheese is made from raw milk from stress-free dairy cows raised at Satomura Farm in Sasebo City, a local farm surrounded by the lush natural environment of the Kunimi mountain range.

Creamy pasta sauce made with mushrooms from Shimabara, Nagasaki Prefecture

A pasta sauce made with rich cream cheese and Nagasaki-grown enoki, eringi, and maitake mushrooms. The texture and flavor of the mushrooms are highlighted, allowing you to enjoy a rich taste.

Tomato sauce made with Goto Ruby tomatoes from Goto, Nagasaki

This tomato sauce has an elegant blend of the fruity flavor of Goto Ruby Tomatoes and the umami of Goto Mi Pork. It is a dish with a lingering taste that highlights the quality of the ingredients.

Japanese-style pasta sauce made with sea bream stock from Goto, Nagasaki

This Japanese-style pasta sauce is made with Goto sea bream stock and the white fish "Isuzumi," and is finished with yuzu pepper and a hint of lemon contribute to a mature taste. It is an elegant dish that is packed with the bounty of the sea.
