Access to Official Hotels

The five Official Hotels are accessible by shuttle bus or Canal Cruiser from the welcome gate (Entrance) or the hotel guests parking lot.
Park admission and passport requirements vary by transport option. See each hotel's access information for details. 

Shuttle bus

You can board the free shuttle bus to the hotel from in front of the hotel luggage counter. No passport (admission ticket) is required for taking the shuttle bus.
If you arrive after the shuttle bus service ends, please use the phone at the hotel baggage counter to call us. The phone number is posted there, and a hotel car will pick you up. 

*Operates every 20-30 minutes, until 7pm
*Admission passport is required for Kyushu's biggest fireworks festival and Countdown day.

Hotel Europe

Hotel Europe
Cruise exclusively for overnight guests

The guests staying at Hotel Europe can take an exclusive check-in/out cruiser. After entering Huis Ten Bosch, boarding is at the Canal Station in Welcome Area.  A passport (admission ticket) is required to enter Huis Ten Bosch.

Hotel Europe is located in the Harbor Zone.
Turn right at Marine Terminal exit (approximately 5 minutes walk).

Please park your car in Official Hotel Guest Parking Lot (free of charge during your stay).

Hotel Luggage Counter

 At Hotel Luggage Counter, located near the Welcome Gate (Entrance) and Marine Terminal, you can check in your luggage and have it delivered to your hotel front desk at free of charge. With this service, you can enjoy the park before your check-in time.

*It will take 2-3 hours from time you check your laggage in for it to be delivered to the the hotel.
*This service might be temporarily unavailable during large events.
*For guests departing from Marine Terminal to Nagasaki Airport by boat, delivery to the Marine Terminal isn't offered, but the front desk can store your luggage until departure.

Luggage delivery usually takes 2-3 hours, but luggage check-in before noon will be delivered by 3:00 p.m.

Regarding the luggage after check-out

For guests staying at the hotel who wish to explore the park after checking out, their luggage will be delivered free of charge from the hotel front desk to the Hotel Luggage Counter at the Welcome Gate (Entrance).
Pick-up hours are from 11:30 to 19:00.

*For guests departing from Marine Terminal to Nagasaki Airport by boat, delivery to the Marine Terminal isn't offered, but the hotel front desk can store your luggage until departure.

Please purchase a Huis Huis Ten Bosch Passport (admission ticket) and enter the venue.

If you arrive after the admission deadline

If you arrive after the Huis Ten Bosch entrance deadline, please contact Hotel Amsterdam using the phone number located in the hotel baggage check-in area in front of Huis Ten Bosch entrance gate. We will come to pick you up in a private car.

* Huis Ten Bosch Admission Ticket is required if you arrive between after the Huis Ten Bosch admission deadline and close of business.
* If you arrive after Huis Ten Bosch Business Hours closes, you do not need to purchase Huis Ten Bosch Admission Ticket on the day of arrival. Please note that "next day 1 DAY Passport" of your stay Benefit in this case will be provided.

The guests arriving at Huis Ten Bosch by water

Go to the right at Marine Terminal exit and enter Huis Ten Bosch through the Harbor Gate (approximately 7 minutes on foot).

*As Hotel Amsterdam is located in the Theme Park Zone (paid admission zone), please purchase a Huis Ten Bosch passport (admission ticket) at the Harbor Gate along the way before entering Huis Ten Bosch.

Hotel Luggage Counter

 At Hotel Luggage Counter, located near the Welcome Gate (Entrance) and Marine Terminal, you can check in your luggage and have it delivered to your hotel front desk at free of charge. With this service, you can enjoy the park before your check-in time.

*It will take 2-3 time from time you check your baggage in for it to be delivered to the baggage claim area.
*Please note that on days when large events are held, traffic restrictions will be in place to ensure safety within the venue, and there will be time when the venue is unavailable.

Regarding the luggage after check-out

For guests who wish to explore Huis Ten Bosch after checking out, their luggage will be delivered free of charge from the hotel front desk to the Yamato Transport counter near Farewell Gate (departure exit).

*Please note that the pick-up location is not the "hotel baggage check-in area."

Baggage collection time are from 10:30 to 18:00.

*For guests departing from Marine Terminal to Nagasaki Airport by boat, delivery to the Marine Terminal isn't offered, but the hotel front desk can store your luggage until departure.

Hotel Den Haag is located in the Harbor Zone. Turn left at Marine Terminal exit (approximately 2 minutes walk).

Hotel Luggage Counter

At the "Hotel Baggage Storage" located in front of the welcome gate (Entrance), your baggage will be delivered to the front desk of Hotel Den Haag free of charge. This is convenient if you arrive before check-in time.

*It will take 2-3 time from time you check your baggage in for it to be delivered to the baggage claim area.
*Please note that on days when large events are held, traffic restrictions will be in place to ensure safety within the venue, and there will be time when the venue is unavailable.
*For guests departing from Marine Terminal to Nagasaki Airport by boat, luggage can only be left at the hotel front desk.
*Hotel Den Haag does not provide luggage delivery service from Marine Terminal. Please bring your luggage directly to the hotel cloakroom, which will keep it for you. (Hotel Den Haag is about a 2-minute walk from Marine Terminal.)

If you are returning to the hotel after Huis Huis Ten Bosch has closed, you can board the free shuttle bus to the hotel from in front of the Schiphol entrance at the departure gate.

*The service will not run on days when large fireworks displays are held.
*Please note that re-entry is not possible after leaving the country.

The guests arriving at Huis Ten Bosch by water

After exiting Marine Terminal please purchase a passport (admission ticket) at the Harbor Gate, which is about a 3-minute walk to the right. Then, please walk or take Park Bus.
If you are not entering the Theme Park Zone on the day, please travel via the West Gate by taxi or on foot.

Luggage storage is not available

guests staying at the Hotel Rotterdam cannot use the on-site hotel baggage storage.
Please leave your luggage in the hotel's coin lockers before check-in (free of charge).
