Access

Access to Official Hotels

You can travel to Huis Ten Bosch 's five Official Hotels by shuttle bus, Canal Cruiser etc. from the Welcome Gate (Entrance) or the parking lot reserved for guests.
Depending on your mode of transportation, whether or not you need a passport (admission ticket) will vary, so please see each hotel's Access information for details.

Shuttle bus

You can board the free shuttle bus to the hotel from in front of the hotel baggage check-in area. No passport (admission ticket) is required.

*Operates every 20-30 minutes, until 7pm

Hotel Europe
Cruise exclusively for overnight guests

guests staying at Hotel Europe can use the free check-in/out cruiser. After entering Huis Ten Bosch, please board at the canal station "Welcome." A passport (admission ticket) is required.

About the harbor zone

*Guests staying at Hotel Europe and those dining at the hotel restaurants can enter the Harbor Zone for free, with no Blackout dates.

Hotel baggage storage

At the "Hotel Baggage Storage" in front of the welcome gate (Entrance) and inside Marine Terminal, your baggage will be delivered to your hotel front desk free of charge. This is convenient if you arrive before check-in time.

*It will take 2-3 time from time you check your baggage in for it to be delivered to the baggage claim area.
*Please note that on days when large events are held, traffic restrictions will be in place to ensure safety within the venue, and there will be time when the venue is unavailable.
*For guests departing from Marine Terminal to Nagasaki Airport by boat, luggage can only be left at the hotel front desk.

It takes 2-3 time to deliver. However, if you drop off your child in the morning, we will deliver by 3:00 p.m.

Regarding leaving luggage after check-out (at departure)

For guests staying at the hotel who wish to explore the grounds of Huis Ten Bosch after checking out, their luggage will be delivered free of charge from the hotel front desk to the hotel luggage storage at the Welcome Gate (Entrance).
Baggage collection time are from 11:30 to 19:00.

*For guests departing from Marine Terminal to Nagasaki Airport by boat, luggage can only be left at the hotel front desk.

Hotel Amsterdam is located in the park
It is the only hotel.
Please purchase a Huis Ten Bosch Passport (admission ticket) and enter the venue.

Park Bus

After entering Huis Ten Bosch, board Park Bus from the Welcome Bus Stop, which is about a 3-minute walk away.

*Operates every 20 to 30 minutes, passport required

Go to the right at Marine Terminal exit and enter Huis Ten Bosch through the Harbor Gate (approximately 7 minutes on foot).

*As Hotel Amsterdam is located in the Theme Park Zone (paid admission zone), please purchase a Huis Ten Bosch passport (admission ticket) at the Harbor Gate along the way before entering Huis Ten Bosch.

After exiting Marine Terminal please purchase a passport (admission ticket) at the Harbor Gate, which is about a 3-minute walk to the right. Then, please walk or take Park Bus.
If you are not entering the Theme Park Zone on the day, please travel via the West Gate by taxi or on foot.

Luggage storage is not available

guests staying at the Hotel Rotterdam cannot use the on-site hotel baggage storage.
