• Cannot exceed the ride capacity.
• If all members of a group wishing to ride, all members to wait in line. Please not to have one person hold a place in line for a group.
• Please be advised in advance that there are effects such as elevated, dark, shaking seats, wind, scents, and water splash. 
• We are not responsible for any troubles between guests or injuries caused by not following the directions given by our staff. 
• For your safety, anyone who does not follow the directions/instructions given by our staff may be asked to leave.
• The last entry is subject to change depending on the crowd size.
• Always keep an eye on your child.
• Please refrain from taking videos.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the theater.
• Assistance dogs are allowed inside the theater only (but not on the ride).
• Wheelchair users must be able to climb up and down stairs and transfer by themselves or with the assistance of his/her caretaker. Please speak to a nearby staff.
• When boarding, please watch out overhead area and be seated alone with facing forward. Please refrain from putting your hands or feet out the seat, or kneeing.
• Please do not unfasten your seat belt until the ride has come to a complete stop and you are instructed to do so by the staff. Please inform the staff if anything goes wrong.
• Please check in all baggage and sharp objects, as well as any items that may fall or catch fire, in the designated areas.
• Parents and guardians must sit next to the person requiring assistance.
• In an emergency, be sure to protect your head, neck and torso while remaining seated and keeping your back straight.
• Please do not touch anything other than your seat.
• Please do not run inside the building.
