Nagasaki merchant Araki Sotaro personally steers his red seal ship through a storm and arrives at the faraway port of Guangnan (Vietnam). He meets the king's daughter Hoa by chance in the bustling city during a festival, and they are drawn to each other without even realizing it. He meets King Nguyen and the queen at the royal palace, and tells them his dream of becoming a merchant despite being a former samurai. The two are reunited at the royal palace, transcending their countries and status, as if a thread of fate was suddenly drawn to them. The thread that was drawn to them is colored by the various forms of love of the people around them, and eventually it leads to Nagasaki. What awaits the two when they arrive in the vibrant Nagasaki... A "historical opera" set in Vietnam and Nagasaki. A nostalgic, heart-tugging story is presented in a gorgeous, beautiful, and dynamic way.
