Pool

• Please be sure to wear a swimsuit when using the large pool and mega slide. (You can wear a T-shirt over your swimsuit.)
• We recommend wearing sandals when moving within the area. However, please take it off when you enter the pool.
• Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by a guardian (18 years or older).
• Keep an eye on small children.
• We do not allow small children to use the product with their lower body naked.
• We do not allow small children to use disposable diapers.
(You can use it as a swim diaper for the pool, but be sure to wear clothes from above.)
• Please refrain from taking rental swim rings (including Float) outside the Water Garden pool.
• You are allowed to bring in swim rings and Float, however for safety reasons, we may limit the number of pools in which they can be used if they have an unusual shape (large or animal-shaped).
• Please refrain from bringing in tents.
• Please refrain from wearing a swimsuit when you go out of the area. (Tower City changing rooms)
• Please refrain from taking photos of other guests.
• Please refrain from changing clothes outside the changing room.
• In the event of bad weather, operations may be suspended to ensure safety.
  1. If you see lightning or thunder
  2. If an average wind speed of 8 meters or more is observed within the venue
  3. In the case of bad weather or if it is determined that further operation is dangerous

• Operation may be suspended due to machine maintenance.
• Admission may be restricted depending on the level of congestion, etc.
• Please manage your belongings such as valuables by yourself. We are not responsible for theft.
• We carry out regular inspections for each playset. Along with that, we have a 10-minute break every 50 minutes.
• Accessories such as rings and earrings are extremely dangerous if they fall into the pool, so please remove them before entering the pool.

• Those who are in poor physical condition or poor health (those with infectious diseases)
• Those with tattoos (use rush guards, taping, etc., and do not expose them.)
• Those who are drunk

• Acts that do not follow the staff's instructions
• Acts of jumping into the pool, acts of diving
• The act of running by the pool (there is a risk of slipping due to water)
• The act of drinking water from the pool
• Water entry other than swimwear
• Acts that harm morals or may be dangerous
• Acts of catching on pool equipment such as pool water supply and drainage outlets
• Smoking / eating / drinking other than designated areas
• Admission with pets
• Use of soap and shampoo

• The slider is limited to one person per lane. You cannot select the lane.
• Swimming rings and goggles cannot be worn. Also, please remove glasses and other accessories.
• No metal is allowd on swimsuits including zippers and buckles or sharp objects.
• Please wear protective gear when skiing.
• Please be advised in advance that swimsuit may be damaged (torn) by frictional heat.
• Compensation will not be paid in the event that the swimsuit was damaged.
• Barefoot when using the facility.
• Please refrain from taking pictures with a camera or mobile phone while sliding.
•  You cannot run or dive off at the start.
• Please refrain from dangerous acts such as running on the slide, intentionally stopping, jumping, rotating, and extending your arms or hands out of the slide.
• Do not place obstacles such as cameras on the course or near the goal.
• The starting platform is 10m above the ground. Please use only those who can climb the stairs on their own.
• For safety reasons, those who are pregnant, have heart disease, have spondylosis, have injuries, have high blood pressure, or are prone to motion sickness and have any health problems are not accepted.

• Towel/300 yen (tax included)
• Swimsuit / 2,000 yen (tax included) *500 yen compensation will be refunded upon return
• Rash guard / 1,500 yen (tax included) *500 yen compensation will be refunded upon return
• Swimming ring/1,000 yen (tax included)

• Usage is based on time hourly rate of 2.5 time.
• You need to purchase regular admission tickets on the day separately. This ticket alone cannot be used for admission or Attractions.
• Meals are not included in the ticket price.
• Depending on the weather, you may need to keep the parasol closed.
• There are time when you will be exposed to sunlight even when using a parasol.
• Please refrain from bringing pets with you.
• All guests must come to the reception desk.

• In order to ensure safety by holding the show, there are some time belts that cannot be used.

• Always keep an eye on your child.
• Children under 7 must be accompanied by a guardian (18 years or older).
• Children who wear diapers should change into swim pants before using the pool.
• Please be barefoot when entering the water.
• Please be sure to rinse your feet and body with tap water before and after use.
• After using the toilet, be sure to rinse your body with tap water.
• There are no changing rooms.
• Wheel Chair accessible.
• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• Assistance dogs are not allowed in the water.
• Pets are not allowed in the water.
• In case of bad weather, you may be asked to refrain from entering the water.
• The water in the splash field is sterilized with chlorine, but please do not drink the water or put your face in it.
• Please do not run in the area as it is slippery.
• Diving or submersion is not permitted.
• Please refrain from any behavior that may be a nuisance to other guests or that is dangerous.
• We are not responsible for any troubles between guests or injuries caused by not following the instructions of the host crew.
• Please do not enter the fountain pool as it is dangerous.
• No food or drinks are permitted inside the Splash Field.
• Items that may break or cause injury, such as glass products, are not permitted to be brought into the venue.
• Please refrain from entering the water if you are intoxicated.
