This Japanese cuisine restaurant serves Set-meal meals made with seasonal ingredients from the local Nagasaki region. The lunch recommendation is the "pork cutlet," made with locally sourced Nishikai pork, wrapped in two types of breadcrumbs and deep-fried. The dinner recommendations are the "Nagasaki Wagyu Zanmai Zen" and "Nagasaki Red Sea Bream Chazuke Set-meal," which allow you to enjoy four different flavors in one meal. Both are exceptional dishes that can only be enjoyed here. We also have a menu where you can enjoy sashimi and sukiyaki.
