Fine Japanese Cuisine with the Flavors of Four Seasons.  

Kissuitei serves authentic Japanese cuisine made with Nagasaki's rich seafood and seasonal mountain produce.
Enjoy the modern and fusion cuisine that is unique to Huis Ten Bosch.

Kissuitei 's proud breakfast menu includes the chef's carefully selected simmered dishes, as well as Homemade cod roe and grilled dishes.
We use domestic brand rice carefully selected by the head chef himself, and you can choose from white rice, porridge, or black glutinous rice.
Please enjoy Homemade, carefully cooked small sardines, and porridge made with our Homemade, additive-free Dried Mullet Roe powder, which is carefully prepared one belly at a time.

CHEF Chef

Matsumoto Koki

Born in Kagoshima Prefecture in 1968. He began his career in Japanese cuisine at a long-established restaurant in Kyoto, and later trained at a ryokan, a restaurant and hotel, serving as a successive head chef. In 2007, he joined Huis Ten Bosch in preparation for the opening of Kissuitei. He has worked as a head chef. In 2009, he was also in charge of meals for the Crown Prince. In 2014, he received the Nagasaki Governor's Award. In 2021, he was certified as a Nagasaki Meister. In 2021, he was awarded the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare's Award. In 2024, he was certified as a Zengiren Meister.

For lunch, we accept kaiseki meals of 8,500 yen or more per person, and for dinner, we accept kaiseki meals of 15,000 yen or more per person. For other orders or small groups, an additional 10,000 yen will be charged for a private room.

SPECIAL OFFER Day trip restaurant dining benefit

    The guests who have paid the Harbor Zone admission fee and dine at this restaurant will have the Harbor Zone admission fee refunded at the time of restaurant payment.
    * Admission Passport, Annual Pass, and Special Day Passes are not applicable to the benefit.
  • We have a private parking lot (free of charge) available only for guests dining at this restaurant and visiting Harbor Zone (the area leading to the Palace) for day trip. please tell us your license plate number when making reservations.
