Next day 1 DAY Passport
For guests who purchase a passport on their first day of visit, we will present you with a passport valid for the following day at the hotel front desk.
- When exchanging your ticket, you will need to present the ticket you purchased on the first day.
- Hotel Amsterdam will provide you with the necessary passports for the duration of your stay from the second day onward upon presentation of your passport at check-in.
- The next-day 1 DAY Passport has the same functionality as 1 DAY Passport.
- Children sleeping in the same bed as their parents are also applicable to for this Benefit.
- The condition for receiving this is the purchase of your first admission ticket (applicable to passports: 1 DAY Passport, After 3 Passport).
Early Park-in
From the day after your check-in date onwards, you can enter Huis Ten Bosch theme park zone before the official opening hours. In addition, some Attractions will open early, allowing you to enjoy popular facilities before general guests enter.

- Entry and re-entry from the main entrance Huis Ten Bosch will be permitted from 10:00 AM.
- Huis Ten Bosch passport is required for entry.
- Guests staying at Hotel Amsterdam can enter at any time. (Harbor Town area is accessible from one time before opening. A Huis Huis Ten Bosch admission ticket for the day is required to pass through the Harbor Gate.)

Children up to elementary school age will be free of charge if using existing bed without bedding.
- For rooms with one Adult, up to one child sharing a bed is allowed free of charge. For rooms with two or more Adult, up to two children sharing a bed are allowed free of charge. The maximum number of children sharing a bed per room is two.
- Hotel Den Haag's Superior View rooms are for three Adult, with a maximum of one child allowed to share a bed.
- The concept rooms, standard semi-double rooms, and loft semi-double rooms at Hotel Den Haag do not allow children to share a bed with their parents.

Guests staying at Huis Ten Bosch 5 officila hotels can use the guest parking free of charge during the stay.
- Please present the parking ticket issued at the parking lot entrance to the hotel front desk. We will process it free of charge.
- If the dedicated parking lot is full, please use the "priority parking area for hotel guests" in the first parking lot. If that area is also full and you use another parking area (prepaid), please present your receipt to the hotel front desk. We will refund the usage fee. Refunds cannot be issued without a receipt. Thank you for your understanding.

Baggage delivery service
At the "Hotel Luggage Storage" located before the Welcome Gate (Entrance) and inside Marine Terminal, we will deliver your luggage to your hotel front desk free of charge. We also deliver luggage from your hotel to the "Hotel Luggage Storage" for guests wish to explore the resort after check-out.
- You can pick up your luggage two time after dropping it off. However, if you pick up your luggage after check-out, the pick-up time is from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- We are unable to accept chilled or frozen Merchandise for storage. Thank you for your understanding.
- Hotel Amsterdam, the pick-up location for guests staying at Hotel Den Haag after check-out is at the Yamato Transport counter near the Huis Ten Bosch departure gate (on the left side after passing through the general shop Schiphol). Pick up time until 18 o'clock.
- Please be aware that during major events and peak seasons, traffic restrictions may be in place to ensure safety within the venue, resulting in time when the facility is unavailable.
- Hotel Den Haag does not offer luggage delivery service from Marine Terminal. Please bring your luggage directly to the hotel's cloakroom. (Hotel Den Haag is approximately a 2-minute walk from Marine Terminal.)
- Hotel Rotterdam is applicable to. Please use the coin lockers located inside Hotel Rotterdam.

We offer free delivery of items purchased at our on-site shops to your hotel's front desk. Please avoid peak time and enjoy your shopping at your leisure.

Hotel shuttle bus exclusively for hotel guests
guests staying at Hotel Europe, Hotel Den Haag, Forest Villa, or Hotel Rotterdam will be transported by private bus from Huis Ten Bosch entrance gate to their hotel.
- guests staying at Hotel Amsterdam will use Park Bus that operates within Huis Huis Ten Bosch.
- Please board the Welcome Bus at the Welcome Bus stop, which is about a 3-minute walk from the Welcome Gate (Entrance). Park Bus will take you to Hotel Amsterdam in about 5 minutes.
- This is not a direct bus to Hotel Amsterdam. It stops at various bus stops within the airport.

We are offering complimentary tickets to the Grand Opera House guests staying at Hotel Europe. You will receive an A-seat (1,000 yen seat), and you can also upgrade to a more comfortable seat for an additional fee.
