The restaurant offers a wide variety of Nagasaki delicacies, including kamaboko (fish cake) handmade by artisans with a great texture, and miso soup from a long-established brand in Shimabara that has been in business for over 100 years. The ochazuke, made with rice and broth made from local ingredients, can be enjoyed with 12 different toppings, including pickled sea bream from Goto.

Welcome your baby with a full range of baby food

We always stock baby food for children aged 5 to 12 months so eventhe youngest guests can enjoy breakfast with the family. Pick from a variety of baby foods and make your little one smile!

Coffee is available for take-out

You can also get a takeaway coffee after your meal. The promenade in front of the hotel is decorated with playful trick art, so we recommend taking a stroll and snapping photos with a coffee in hand.
