The restaurant offers a wide variety of Nagasaki delicacies, including kamaboko (fish cake) handmade by artisans with a great texture, and miso soup from a long-established brewery in Shimabara that has been in business for over 100 years. The ochazuke, made with rice and broth made from local ingredients, can be enjoyed with 12 different toppings, including pickled sea bream from Goto.
