Regarding date changes after ticket purchase
Thank you for your continued patronage of Huis Ten Bosch.
Starting with tickets purchased on June 28, 2026 (Sunday), you can change the date of your ticket even after purchase, as long as it is within 3 days of your visit.
How to change the date
■STEP 1 Purchase a ticket for the revised date of your visit.
First, please purchase a new ticket for your desired visit date.
■STEP2 Apply via the date change request form
Please fill in the required information in the application form below and proceed with the application.

• Purchaser information (name, email address, phone number)
• Purchase information for the ticket before the change (purchase number, date of use, ticket details)
• Purchase information for the revised ticket (purchase number, date of use, ticket details)
After reviewing your application, we will cancel your original ticket and process a refund.
Please note
*Express passes and optional tickets are not applicable to for date changes.
*Repurchases on the same day are not permitted.
*Date changes are only accepted within the currently available sales period.
*Please note that the refund process may take some time.
*Cancellations and refunds are not possible if the conditions are not met.
