To this end, we have decided to increase the number of public holidays per year by eight days from October 2023. We will continue to reform the way we work by closing four of those days, and for the remaining four days in February, April, June, and September 2024, each of our five directly managed official hotels will be closed one day at a time. During the closure period, we will also carry out electrical work to update equipment and equipment that involves power outages so that guests can spend their time with peace of mind.
From 2025 onwards, we will strengthen recruitment and create a system where employees can take an increased number of eight days of public leave without having to close the facility.
