A hamburger steak made from 100% Nagasaki Wagyu is sandwiched between the fluffy dough of the Kakuni Manju. The hamburger steak is made from minced and chopped meat, giving it a juicy, tender yet firm texture, and the special sauce is a unique blend of flour, butter, onions, and a roux made from scratch by slowly frying them together, along with the sauce used in the Kakuni Manju, tomato ketchup. It goes perfectly with cheese.
