The event will be held even in rain, unless the weather is extreme.

Is there a refund if the fireworks are canceled due to stormy weather?

If the event is cancelled, we will refund your fireworks viewing tickets. Information on how to get a refund will be provided on the official website. For guests who purchased tickets through the Huis Ten Bosch official website, we will send you a refund instruction email at a later date. Please be sure to keep all the tickets you purchased.

Are there any restrictions on admission to Huis Ten Bosch?

If we determine that it is difficult to ensure the safety of guests, we may restrict admission or cancel the sale of passports. Thank you for your understanding. We also ask that you purchase your tickets in advance.

Are there any restrictions on admission to the fireworks special viewing venue?

This is a special venue for those who have a special ticket for fireworks, so if you do not have the same ticket, you will be refused entry.

Can I see the fireworks without purchasing the fireworks bleachers?

You can see the fireworks from within the Huis Ten Bosch park. Fireworks that are lower in the park may be difficult to see due to being in the shadow of buildings. The best way to enjoy the power of the fireworks, the synchronization with music, and special fireworks is to watch from the special fireworks viewing seats. We recommend purchasing a special fireworks viewing seat.
*Please note that it may be difficult to see some of the fireworks and special displays from special fireworks viewing seats other than the Panorama View Venue and Marine Front Venue.

Is there a ticket for the fireworks special bleachers on the day? Where can I buy it, if any?

If there are vacant seats on the day, they will be sold at the special day ticket sales office after passing through the immigration gate and at the entrance of each venue (it will end as soon as it runs out). Advance tickets are great deals. Please purchase your desired seat as soon as possible.

About fireworks viewing venue

I bought a special fireworks bleacher in advance and have a ticket issued at a convenience store. Is it necessary to redeem on the day?

All seats are reserved. There is no need to redeem the seat number as it has already been entered at the time of ticketing. It is expected that the entrance to the venue will be very crowded just before the start of the performance. Please come to the venue with plenty of time at time.

Is it possible to enter the venue and take a seat even after the opening time?

You can come in, but we recommend that you arrive with plenty of time.
The travel time from the arrival gates to each venue are as follows:
・Panorama view venue: 20-30 minutes on foot
・Marine Front venue: approx. 15-20 minutes on foot
Water Garden Venue: 5-10 minutes walk

Are the seats in the special seats for the fireworks?

Is it possible to re-enter the viewing venue?

You can enter and leave the Huis Ten Bosch Garden after the opening. Please be careful not to lose your fireworks bleachers ticket on the day.

If it rains, can I use an umbrella or other rain gear?

Please refrain from using an umbrella in the fireworks bleachers venue as it will obstruct the view from behind. Please bring raincoats and other rain gear.

Do you sell raincoats?

It will be sold at the Shop in the hall.

Can I get into the special bleachers in a wheelchair? Is there a dedicated seat or aisle for people with disabilities?

There are no designated areas, but wheelchairs can be used at each venue. However, there are steps at the Marine Front venue's arena block seats and at some of the Water Garden venue's garden terrace seats and pair seats. Please note that wheelchairs cannot be used at these venues. Please feel free to ask a host crew member for assistance on the day.

Is it possible to bring a stroller?

You may bring your own items, but please note that the venue is expected to be very crowded.
There are no stroller parking areas within the venue. Please fold your stroller and store it near your seat.

Is there a first aid room or nursing room at the venue?

There will be a first aid room at the Panorama View venue. There are no nursing rooms at any of the venues. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the nursing rooms in each area near the venue.

The Marine Front and Water Garden venues have existing toilets both inside and outside the venues. The Panorama View venue will provide temporary toilets.

Is there a smoking area at the venue?

Smoking is prohibited in the fireworks special viewing venue.

When will the roads around Huis Ten Bosch be congested?

There is a possibility of traffic congestion throughout the day from the morning on the day of the event, so we recommend arriving early or using public transportation such as JR.

About parking lot

Is it possible that the parking lot is full and cannot be parked?

On the time of the event, the parking lot will fill up early. We recommend that you use the JR line, as you may not be able to make it in time for the fireworks display.

What are the hours for Business Hours on the day of the event?

The park is open 24 hours. After the fireworks are over, the surrounding roads will be very congested, so we recommend that you enjoy the Attractions and illuminations at your leisure before returning home.

About photography

I would like to take pictures using a tripod. Is it possible to take it in the venue?

In the special fireworks viewing seats, please sit at eye level so as not to disturb other guests. Also, please refrain from using camera flashes when taking photos as this will disturb other guests.

Can I post the photos and videos I took on my blog?

If you just want to enjoy it personally, you can post it. However, if you want to shoot for commercial purposes, you need permission from Huis Ten Bosch in advance.
