- Fireworks special viewing seats are web tickets (reserved seat tickets), so there is no need to issue the tickets at a convenience store. Please present the web ticket screen to the staff when entering the venue.
- All seats are reserved seats. Seats will be automatically allocated in the order of purchase, so you cannot choose your seat.
- The Fee applies for 4 years of age and older. Except a lap child, seat reservation will be required for children under 4 years or age as well.
- Please note that you cannot cancel or change after purchase.
- Online purchases are available until 20:20 on the day of the event. However, please note that VIP seats are available up to 12:00 the day before the event.
- Seat confirmation will be available from 16:00 on Thursday, June 27th for the July events and from 16:00 on Thursday, July 18th for the August events.
- In addition to the viewing seat E-ticket, either Park Admission Ticket or Harbor Zone Entrance Ticket (JPY2,000) need to be purchased for the area entry.
- Due to production reasons, the lights will be turned off just before the show time, so please arrive at the venue by 8:15 pm.
- Tickets can only be purchased by credit card.
- Pets are not allowed to enter.
- Umbrellas are not permitted.
