Re-entry is possible. When re-entering, you will need to present your ticket and re-entry stamp (located at Schiphol exit of the immigration general store), so please do not forget to bring them with you. When re-entering, please enter through the entry and re-entry gate one time before closing. (Groups staying at Hotel Rotterdam can re-enter through Adventure Park Gate, and those staying at Forest Villa and The Hague can re-enter through the Harbour Gate.

We do not support broadcasting in the park. In case of an emergency, we will contact the school representative, so please tell the school name and name from the children / students to the facility / store staff. We will contact the emergency contact information provided at the time of admission.

Please inform the staff near you that your ticket has been lost. We will check if there is a report as a found item. (If you lose it before admission, you will need to purchase it again. If you lose it in the park after admission, ask for your school name and name, and reissue it at immigration information, group reception, or harbor gate. I will do it.)

A teacher's waiting room is available immediately after entering the welcome area (Nairnrode Castle). It will be a shared space that can be used by the teachers of the schools who are visiting on the day.

About safety

There is a first aid station in Amsterdam City located in the center of Huis Ten Bosch.

Large vehicle 3,000 yen/time, charter bus, length 5.0 m or more (length 5.0 m.× width 2.0 m.× height 2.3 m or more)
* Within the Business Hours of the day, it will be a one-time parking fee from entering ~ exiting. (If parking is after 24 p.m., a fee will be charged for the next day)
* If you get on and off the parking lot within 1 time of receipt, you can use it free of charge.
* Only 1,000 yen bills can be used. (2,000 yen, 5,000 yen, and 10,000 yen bills cannot be used, so please exchange money in advance.) Coins can be used. ）

Huis Ten Bosch does not allow lunch boxes or drinks to be brought into the theme park zone. Please note. However, this does not apply to student groups bringing in water bottles as a measure against heat stroke.

We have 1,000 yen "meal coupons" that can be used at restaurants in Huis Ten Bosch Gardens.
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Also, change will not be given, so please pay the shortfall in cash. The expiration date is indicated on the ticket. Also, since it is a meal ticket, it cannot be used to pay for souvenirs.
