Schools and facilities applicable to for Education Tour Passport

・Schools approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
Elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, secondary schools, universities, technical colleges, schools for the blind, schools for the deaf, schools for the disabled and kindergartens
*This also applicable to to branch schools, part-time schools, and correspondence schools at the above-applicable to facilities.

・Licensed childcare facilities (daycare centers) approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and the following facilities stipulated in the Child Welfare Act
Nursery schools, certified childcare centers, child welfare facilities, child welfare institutions, facilities for disabled children, child development support centers, child psychological treatment facilities, child independence support facilities

Visiting schools by chartered bus

The fee for chartered bus parking is 3,000 yen per trip for large vehicles.
(Length 5.0m or more (Length 5.0m x Width 2.0m x Height 2.3m or more)
*This is the parking fee for one time from entry to exit during business hours on the day. (If parking continues beyond midnight, the fee will be charged the next day.)
*If you leave the parking lot within one hour of entering or disembarking, you may use the parking lot free of charge.
*Only 1,000 yen notes are accepted. (2,000 yen, 5,000 yen, and 10,000 yen notes cannot be used, so please exchange them in advance. Coins can be used.)
*If you are staying at Forest Villa Hotel Rotterdam, please park your chartered bus at the Huis Ten Bosch chartered bus parking lot. Parking is free for groups staying overnight.

To schools wishing to visit (preliminary inspection)

If you would like to visit Huis Ten Bosch, please contact the school or travel agency's local branch at least one week before your desired date of visit.

Regarding entrance and exit procedures for School Trip

1. We have previously asked that pre-entry ticket explanations, distribution, and park information be limited to the bus you are using, but as of May 8, 2023, this practice has been discontinued.
2. The gates for School Trip that were set up to avoid crowding have been abolished. School Trip guests will use the same entrance route as general guests.
3. When leaving the park, the Schiphol departure general store and its surrounding area tend to be crowded with many guests. To prevent accidents and troubles and to ensure smooth passage, please meet up when departing in a large space other than the Schiphol departure general store and its entrances or on the bus you will be using.
