From the day after check-in, you can enter Huis Ten Bosch Theme Park Zone before the park opens. The quiet streetscape before the general guests is exclusively available to our overnight guests! You can enjoy the atmosphere of Huis Ten Bosch in a special mood from the morning!
* guests staying at Hotel Europe, Hotel Den Haag, and Forest Villa can enter the park one time before it opens. (Entry is limited to the Harbour Gate. An admission ticket is required.)
* guests staying at Hotel Amsterdam can enter at any time. However, admission to Harbor Town area only begins one time before the park opens.
* guests staying at the Hotel Rotterdam can enter the park 15 minutes before opening. (Entry is limited to Adventure Park Gate. An admission ticket is required for entry.)
Preferential use of Huis Ten Bosch hot spring the large main bath
guests staying at Huis Ten Bosch 5 Hotel can use the six baths, including open-air bath and carbonated bath, as well as the large main bath with sauna, for a bathing tax of 150 yen per person (free for children under 12).

Direct bus for hotel guests
*Excluding Hotel Amsterdam
guests staying at Hotel Europe, Hotel Den Haag, Forest Villa, and Hotel Rotterdam will be taken by direct bus from the Huis Ten Bosch entrance gate to their hotel.
* guests staying at Hotel Amsterdam will be using Park Bus that runs within Huis Huis Ten Bosch.
・Please get on at the Welcome Bus Stop, which is about a 3-minute walk from the Welcome Gate (Entrance). It takes about 5 minutes to get to Hotel Amsterdam by Park Bus.
・Your baggage will be stored at the hotel baggage check-in located near the entrance and delivered to the hotel front desk (you can pick it up two time after depositing it) (Hotel Rotterdam does not deliver baggage. Please use the coin lockers at Hotel Rotterdam (fee applicable to).)
・This is not a direct bus to Hotel Amsterdam. The bus stops at each bus stop within the venue.
・The number of buses varies depending on time and season.
・Please note that as this is Park Bus, the bus may be crowded depending on time of day.
*Please note that on the day of a large event, traffic restrictions will be in place to ensure safety within the venue, and there will be time when Park Bus cannot be used. We recommend that you take the hotel bus to Hotel Europe and then walk to the hotel.
Baggage delivery service
If you leave your luggage at the on-site hotel baggage drop-off counter near Entrance Huis Ten Bosch, it will be delivered to the front desk of your hotel. Enter empty-handed and enjoy your stay at Huis Ten Bosch at your leisure. In addition, luggage for guests who plan to explore the grounds after checking out will be delivered from each hotel to the on-site hotel baggage drop-off counter.
*You can pick up your luggage two time after depositing it. However, after check-out, you time only pick it up between 11:30 and 19:00.
*We are unable to accept refrigerated or frozen Merchandise. Thank you for your understanding.

Souvenir delivery service

* If the private parking lot is full, please use the "guest priority parking lot" in the first parking lot. If the parking lot is full and you are using another parking lot (prepaid), please show your receipt to the front desk of each hotel. We will refund the usage fee.
