Automatic check-in service
The automatic check-in machine allows guests to check in and settle your bill by yourself, making the check-in process smoother. Once you receive your card key, your check-in is complete. Please check the hotel map and proceed to your room.

*Please use the on-site hotel guest parking lot (free of charge) or the Hotel Rotterdam's time parking lot (paid).

Huis Ten Bosch Onsen
The guests staying at our hotels can use the large main bath and sauna with only bathing tax of 150 yen. (Free for children under 12 years old). Please bring the complimentary coupon provided at the front desk. If you wish to use the Onsen on the second day and beyond, please contact the front desk staff.
We also offer a shuttle bus service between the Hotel to Huis Ten Bosch Onsen.
Next day park exclusive admission (Adventure Park gate only)
You can enjoy priority entry from the gate of Adventure Park, which is full of outdoor Attractions, starting 15 minutes before the park opens.
*Priority admission tickets are handed out at the manned counter next to the front desk. Please present it at Adventure Park gate.
*You will need to purchase an admission passport separately.
